This paper presents a multi-objective mathematical model for redundancy allocation in production systems. In many of the production and assembly lines, process times, time between failures and repaired times are generally distributed. The proposed method of this paper is able to consider time dependent parameters as general distribution functions by using the hybrid approach of simulation and response surface methodology. The objectives of the mathematical model are maximizing production rate, minimizing total cost and maximizing quality. In order to solve the proposed mathematical model, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and multiple objective particle swarm optimization are used. Numerical results indicate the effectiveness of both algorithms for generating non-dominated solutions. Moreover, comparative results indicate the superiority of the Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm.

To involve such organizations with (B2B) e-commerce will make the matter more significant. In this survey, the involvement of small and medium oil, gas and petrochemical companies with B2B e-commerce was studied by adopting a conceptual model on the technology acceptance model. Thus, three dimensions, information and communications infrastructures, specifications related to the industry and the capabilities of human power associated with two structures of perceived productivity and utilization case, with indices defined in the form of 3 main hypotheses and 6 minor hypotheses were tested. The results both confirmed all nine discussed hypotheses and indicated that there is the strongest relation between B2B e-commerce settlement and ICT infrastructures dimension. At the same time, investment in ICT infrastructures and equipment and supporting services were identified as the most significant indexes and sufficient human power and suitable price were recognized as the most insignificant indices to involve small and medium companies with B2B e-commerce.

The manufacturing organizations of information and communication era are facing numerous challenges, including the challenges of demanding customers seeking high quality, low cost products, responsive to their specific and rapidly changing needs. They are seeking manufacturing new models and systems in order to overcome them. Manufacturing agility paradigm has been offered manufacturing organizations' managers as a solution for coping these challenges. In this article, I offer a fuzzy model to build agile of manufacture. This model will be helped manufacturing organizations' managers: a. to find organizations' competitive priorities. b. To know their own organization's manufacturing agility capabilities. c. To know their own organization's manufacturing agility enablers. d. To focus and capitalize on the most important of their own organization's manufacturing agility enablers in order to improve their own organization's manufacturing agility capabilities, and as a result, to achieve their own organization's competitive priorities. The results of implementing model in the firms of Khozestan Steel Industry indicate, that each firm can select and implement the set of agility enablers with focusing on its competitive priorities through developing and improving the set of agility capabilities.

Location-Routing problem with Cross-docking is as a New Research Area for Distribution Networks in The supply chains. The purpose of this paper is to simultaneously design a location for cross-docking center and routing vehicles due to the system cost minimization which, is known as an NP-hard problem. This paper presents a two-stage mixed-integer programming (MIP) model for the location-routing multi-commodity problem with cross-docking due to potential applications in the distribution networks. The principal innovation of this paper includes multiple commodities and its solution method as a hybrid algorithm based on the artificial immune system (AIS) and artificial fish swarm (AFS) algorithms. Also, assumptions are given in the proposed model that distinguishes it from the models are presented in this area. Finally, to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm small and large-scale test problems are randomly generated and the proposed MIP model solved by artificial immune system (AIS) and artificial fish swarm (AFS) and a sample algorithm and then compared with each other. The computational results for different problems show that the proposed hybrid algorithm performs well and converges fast to reasonable solutions

Today, field of production and service is faced with competition among the supply chains by changing the competition pattern of the independent companies. Most of the small and medium businesses (SMEs) still use traditional viewpoint for supply, production and distribution planning. It means, each of these SMEs plan their tasks independently, this will increase the total cost of the supply chain in many cases. In this study, a robust model of inventory-locating supply chain is proposed in three-level with uncertain demand. The model has been considered in single-period, multi-product state along with some transportation models with three levels of producers – distributors- retailers in certain and robust mode. Considering some transportation models along with robusting the model and the possibility of sending goods directly from the factory to the retailer is one of the innovations of this study. The objectives of the proposed model are to minimize the total cost of the three-leveled supply chain and to find the amount of safety stock. The certain model is solved by GAMS and the robust model is also solved by GAMS in single-objective mode and then transferred to the augmented ε-constraint method. The results have been discussed after solving the model.

Besides these advantages, the use of e-govemment services in SMEs is less than the expectation. The aim of this paper is identifying influential factors affecting the acceptance of e-govemment services by SMEs. In this regard, these factors are identified and extracted from relevant literature. Then a conceptual model including eight major factors was designed based on technology-organization and environment framework. This model has been tested in a field study with 98 samples from the Iranian SMEs. The data analysis showed a highly significant relation between direct benefit, indirect benefit, complexity, top management support, information technology expertise, government pressure with electronic services acceptance independent variable. There was not any significant relation between industry pressure and consistency and independent variable. However, all factors have positive relation and just factor of complexity has negative relation with independent variable. These analyses were done by structural equation modeling and LISREL software.

Work in industrial workshops and heavy activities has effects on the health of workers and in terms of occupational hazards associated with many risks for them. Since in the industrial units there are different works in terms of ergonomic load and hardship of work, the occupational hazards can be reduced by job rotation scheduling. In this paper, using reduction approach, the ergonomic job rotation scheduling problem (EJRP) is reduced to parallel machine scheduling problem so that its exact methods (such as branch and bound method) are used to solve the EJRP. Furthermore, according to the proposed reduction, the lower bounds for parallel machine scheduling problem also applied for branch and bound solving method. The main aim of this research is providing an optimal scheduling for job rotation by applying human factors engineering approach in order to minimize the maximum workload on the staffs

This research is done for more knowing about automobile industries entrepreneurship environment and has presented the comprehensive model for starting the entrepreneurship in this field. This model is extracted from interviewing Iranian auto parts manufacturing entrepreneurs and most information has collected from them directly. In this model, starting the entrepreneurship process is related to entrepreneurial potential, tendency to entrepreneurship and having a new idea simultaneously. The factors which affect these variables have shown in three categories: individual characteristics, past records and environment (combined attitudes from psychology, sociology and economical environment). This paper is based on a practical research and a Descriptive- Survey method has been used. The sampling population has extracted from auto parts manufacturing industries and the random sampling method has been used too. Therefore, the sample size has been calculated 30, based on the statistical method. Also, in order to evaluate a part of this model (entrepreneurial potential and the in fluencies factors on it), questionnaires have been used and the related perpetuity has been calculated 82% based on Cronbach's a (alpha). Experiences and related analysis have shown that tendency and interest rate of auto parts manufacturing entrepreneurs is high (72.4%). Also, it has been found that the entrepreneurs use some factors like: individual characteristics (73%), Technical knowledge (61%) and organizational structure (61%) in their recruitment process consecutively. Also, the best motivational tools were used by entrepreneurs in their works are as follows:
Remuneration (94%), Value creating (53%) and Promotion (47%). At the end of this paper, based on the findings, the native description of entrepreneurship is presented.

One of most important online markets in Iran is SIM card credit services that are considered as online stores. Regarding to numerous and increasing number of online malls, grouping and classification of online malls from supplier's point of view in order to forecasting cooperation is essential. In this paper, around three thousand online stores has been studied and analyzed by using one of famous supplier data and it has been clustered according to supplier's indexes. Clustering process has been done by using SOM Neural Network in two levels by K-means algorithm since it facilitates analyzing of clusters. Although various validation indicators has been developed to determine the best number of clusters but in this paper, an optimizing model of compensatory approach to indexes is presented by using combination multi criteria decision making and aggregation of various indexes

In today's competitive markets quality as a competitive advantage is important, but quality always comes with price, so cost of quality recognition and proper division has always attracted attention of many researchers in the literature. The related literature show that from the time quality costing is introduced, all attentions were to identify the different costs of quality and sometimes there were different views to these costs which have similarities in the principle of classifications. Despite to successful reports provided for implementing these methods in identifying costs of quality, it can be seen a gap in improvement processes. Although the identification of costs and improvement projects in this field, often improve the level of products and service quality and ultimately lead to increased customer satisfaction, But certainly there is a significant difference between non-optimum and optimum resource allocation in receiving results. The aim of this study is to design an approach that reach to a certain quality level in a consistent and cost less way. In this approach, after identifying the types of quality costs, difference in importance of costs is determined. The first weight comes from financial results obtained from costs identification, indeed it is the proportion of the financial load of each cost to total quality costs. Stakeholder opinion based on BSC in second weight calculating process comes into AHP as expert group.

This paper investigates a supplier evaluation and selection model which considers features of leagile supply chain and allocates orders to the selected suppliers. In the proposed model, potential suppliers are evaluated by applying a multi-objective model with respect to the key features of leagile supply chain, including the ability to respond to demands, reducing delay time and costs (which are the winning factors for being the winner of market in this supply chain), as well as considering the capacities and limitations of organizations and suppliers. The proposed model allows buyer to select several suppliers. In addition, the model is multi-products and multi-periods. Due to long time and inefficiency of exact methods for large-sized problems, in addition to Lingo software, Genetic Algorithm is used to achieve the optimum solution

Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the most important competitive strategies used by modern companies. The main goal of supply chain management is integration different suppliers to fulfill market demand. Therefore, evaluation and selection of suppliers has critical role and significant effect on supply chain management. This paper presents hybrid model based on clustering approach and suppliers' selection. At first, K-harmonic means clustering method which is one of the most popular methods in clustering analysis is used for clustering suppliers. Then, according to theoutput of clustering, a multi-objective model is considered to select the best supplier. Since the model belongs to the class of NP-hard optimization problems, two meta-heuristic algorithms named Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGAII) and Non-dominated Ranked Genetic Algorithm (NRGA) is used for solving model in reasonable time. Computational results show that the clustering analysis can be considered as an effective way to the suppliers' selection. Also, several data sets are applied to evaluate the effect of clustering analysis on suppliers' selection

Improving products quality and services is the best and most important factor to win competitors and get majority of the market share. In this regard, Failue mode and Effect analysis is an efficient tool to improve the quality products. Considering many criticisms to taraditional method, the risk priority number in FMEA is formed by multiplying of three factors (seveirity, Occurrence and Detect). In order to existing defects, a new method to calculate the risk priority number in FMEA based on data envelopment analysis method is introduced. The aim of this study is to provide a new kind of risk priority number by assigning different weights to each of the risk factors. Also according to severity, Occurance and detection numbers that are achieved by a team of experts and are not a constant and certain factor, in this research has been used Robust optimization because of covering the result of DEA and less complexity. The results of example indicate that, proposed model is more effective than traditional RPN and provide a full ranking.

This paper reviews intellectual capital literature, develops a holistic model and inspects a case study of holistic model implementation. Reviewing the literature, 34 models of managing intellectual capital have been identified. Extracting different concentration areas of each model, we set up a comparison table. Two models that cover more areas have been picked out as the basic models to develop the holistic model which comprises all concentration areas. The holistic model was implemented in a company. Collecting managers and key stakeholders opinion, according to holistic model, we defined desired situation for the next five years, developed proper criteria, and measured the current and desired situation. The measurement process results reveal major gaps between current situation and desired situation and provided managers useful guidelines for decision making. This research helps organizations to compare and select the appropriate intellectual capital management model considering their own situations. Moreover, the holistic model can be exploited by different types of organizations; particularly by ones do not have shareholders and exchange market, like hospitals and military organizations.

Subway network extension, growing expansion an inherent management complexities, made it necessary to use scientific approach, modern technology and global experiences about maintenance. Many equipments and trains of subway network, consist of repairable items which consume considerable human and financial resources of the organization. This paper aims to measure the efficiency and rank ventilation system of Tehran's DC trains and it's subsystems using three-stage relational data envelopment analysis model. About the importance of Tehran’s subway ventilation system, we can say that for 8 months of the year, ventilation system after driving engines which support the movement of trains, gets most important attention of operation management. In this paper with defining ventilation system as decision-making units, we use it to evaluate the system performance and ultimately for maintenance strategy, including an estimate of the maintenance workshop capacity, spare parts and requiring labor. Due to various errors such as human errors, machinery errors, limitations of field data analysis and etc, in this paper fuzzy logic is used to overcome the uncertainly in data. Also, reliability, availability and maintainability analysis, which are most important indicators in the maintenance field, have been used to determine the ventilation system inputs and outputs
