Industrial clusters are one of the new approaches in industrial development of developing countries which has recently attracted the attention of many researchers and policy makers.Clustering has positive economic effects on the region and also increase the competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises (SMEs).But success level of all clusters is not the same because their performances are different. The subject of clusters performance has various aspects and contains a wide range of result areas. This is due to cross-organizational nature and complexity of the internal functions and external effects of cluster as a comprehensive model of industrial cluster performance dimensions have not been presented so far.Precise definition of performance dimensions can reduce (part view) which is based on point of view to clusters and also study of cluster development proceedings with comprehensive approach can be applicable. This study aims to identify the performance dimensions of industrial clusters by classifying the performance measures of industrial clusters and present a model for comprehensive evaluation of industrial clusters performance. For data analysis the method used in this study is cluster analysis which integrated the Classifications of 31 experts used heuristic method and based on that, four performance dimensions of industrial clusters including financial, competitive, economic and environmental along with components and measures of each were extracted.

Outranking based models as one of the most important multicriteria decision methods need the definition of large amount of preferential information called “parameters” from decision maker. Because of the multiplicity of parameters, their confusing interpretation in problem context and the imprecise nature of data, Obtaining all these parameters simultaneously specially in large scale realistic credit problems which requires real time decision making is very complex and time-consuming.Preference Disaggregation approach infers these parameters from the holistic judgements provided by decision maker. This approach within multicriteria decision methods is equivalent to machine learning in artificial intelligence discipline.Under this approach this paper proposes a new learning method in which Genetic Algorithm(GA) in an evolutionary process induces all , ELECTRE TRI model parameters from training set then at the end of this process, classification is done on testing set by inferred parameters. Experimental analysis on credit data shows high quality and competitive results compared with some standard classification methods.

The main characteristic of these days business environment is competition and customer satisfaction is key factor to survive and improve competitive advantages. Organizations have to pay attention to their customers as a benefit resource. Understanding the customer expectations as the quality standard factors is no necessary. Customer satisfaction depends on the quality of the services that he receives. So determining factors which show the concepts of service quality in one hand and are measurable on the other hand is so important.
In this paper based on the services that the education department of industrial Management Institute, offers to their customers, the gap between the customer expectation and perception are measured. The results show that the Empathy (paying special attention to the customers) as a one of the five aspects of service quality has had the lowest gap.

The paper investigates excesses and deficits in Iranian industrial productivity for the years by combining data envelopment analysis with other management science approaches such as analytical hierarchy process. The application also identifies factors that affect the productivity of Iranian industry in a positive or negative way i.e., simultaneously identifies both excesses and deficits. The current study demonstrates that DEA can be combined with other methods to yield more valid results insights and recommendations such as : 1- the trend of Iranian industrial productivity in this 21 year period demonstrates some periods of fall and rise that is due to the conditions of the time 2- in the main factors of productivity we see some continuous trends of weakness; this means that it is necessary to think about this point in the strategic plans for industrial development plans can be set and corrections and revisions can be made.

This research paper has focused on the deployment of Information Technology (IT) in the health sector. The main goal is to determine the key factors for the implementation of IT in a service establishment (i.e. Imam Khomeini Hospital Emergency Room). In this regard, Donabedian Methodology is used for the ranking of the factors and Eriksson-Penker Method was utilized for the modeling of the existing as well as the ideal processes. For the purpose of integration between modeling processes and software deployment, a service-oriented architecture has been applied. For the purpose of data and information collection to answer the research questions, questionnaires were distributed and collected and interviews were performed. Four basic questions to be answered are as follows:
1- What are the stumbling blocks for the conversion of existing processes (processes which are directly or indirectly affected by IT) to the ideal ones toward the implementation of IT? (More specifically in Imam Khorneini Hospital Emergency Room).
2- What are the solutions for removing the identified problems in the current processes of a sector (say emergency room)?
3- How can IT affect on the performance of the emergency room?
4- How are the outcome indicators for the deployment of IT In the emergency room classified and utilized?
At the end, for the purpose of validation and verification, the proposed node I was implemented. The result obtained indicates that the proposed nodel is quite valid and proper.

Trend impact analysis (TIA) gives a pattern to use the chronological, quantitative data and qualitative techniques, simultaneously. Although both quantitative and qualitative techniques of forecasting have disadvantages, TIA gives a way to optimize the results of quantitative methods by applying the qualitative methods on them. This technique could be applied in all files of forecasting with complex to forecast variables such as Demand, Supply, Price and so on. Energy field meets the requirements of applying this technique, because there is a long term history of behavior of variables in it that could be used in quantitative forecasting techniques like Trend lines or time series, and also due to its importance in today economy, there are so many analysts and experts who are trying to forecast and foresight in oil field. So TIA as a proper technique for forecasting the oil price is described and applied here. The results of this forecasting which was included oil price in period of 2007 up to 2008, has been registered before in 2006 as a scientific paper, and now after about 18 months, we are comparing the results of the forecasting and actual data. Validation of the technique is the aim, which we got to it in this paper.

The important factors affecting the information search process and following it the decision making for buying, have been widely under survey that the result of this survey shows that this ingredient includes: market specialty, product specialty, consumer specialty and situational condition.
In case of consumer specialty, elements like social condition, age, degree of learning, people's knowledge with different kinds of products and their perception of risk have been accurately under survey.
But this research for the first time in Iran by studying the consumer life style which consist of group of inside and outside ingredients have a comprehensive and supplementary point of view which trying to study the role of life style in Iranians kind of decision making for purchasing.
Considering different existing defragment of consumer behavior we have four kinds of decision making including: extended decision making, limited decision making, decision making based of loyalty to commercial brand and compulsory decision making.
In this research by the use of statistical methods including .r2 and Gamma coefficient have been processed the kind of dominant decision making in VALS life style consist of following innovators, experiences, achievers, believers by survey method. Finally it have been determine that the dominant kind of decision making for innovators is extended decision making and for achievers is limited kind of decision making but there isn't a considerable different between two remaining kinds of life style including experiences and believers. So as a result these two life styles will use the four kinds of decision making in the same.
