The volatile condition of today’s market is forcing the manufacturing managers to adapt the flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) to meet the challenges imposed by international competition, ever changing customer demands, rapid delivery to market and advancement in technology. Despite various barriers to implementation and development of FMS, there are enablers which facilitate this issue. One of the most important issues in this field and also the aim of this paper is to analysis the behavior of these enablers in order to effective utilization of them in the implementation and development of FMS. Enablers identified through literature review and industrial, and academic experts' opinion. Interpretive structural modelling (ISM) is used to develop a hierarchical structure for analyzing the interactions among enablers. Interpretive ranking process (IRP) is then used to examine the dominance relationship. ISM model highlights the importance of top management commitment and Financial investment over other enablers, whereas IRP model revealed supply chain management and operational and control techniques as the most important enablers due to performance areas. This study also gives a comparative account of ISM and IRP and shows that IRP is a more powerful tool, since it goes one-step further and considers the relationship of enablers with measurable performance indicators

During the recent years, extensive research has been done on the field ofproject scheduling. There is always uncertainty in the area of projectscheduling that causes a deviation in the real plan from the scheduled plan. One of the solutions to deal with this uncertainty is using the critical chainmethod (CCM) in project scheduling. This method which is derived from thetheory of constraints (TOC) is a new method in project control which was firstproposed by Goldartt in 1997.In this research we attempt to use the principalsof critical chain in resource-constrained project scheduling problem. The maininnovation in this research is presentation of critical chain project schedulingproblem model with consideration of feeding buffer and using float as asupplement for feeding buffer. For this matter, the project scheduling underresources constraints with critical chain approach was first written and itsreliability was evaluated using the Lingo software. In the next step thesolution algorithm of this model was developed using the genetic algorithmand finally different sample issues were investigated. The results of thisresearch show the efficiency of the presented genetic algorithm

One of the most important problems in project management is the undesirable time and cost variances of projects which are not considered before the project implementation. This problem is the result of the risks, occurring in the length of the project implementation. In this case, Risk Management based on PMBOK standard can be proposed as a methodology that is so vital because of uncertain nature of projects and necessity of best resources usage. Also, one of the best methods to prioritize the risks quickly and accurately is Risk Failure Mode & Effect Analysis. In this article, risk assessment is presented by an integrated model based on Risk Management process of PMBOK standard and RFMEA technique in North Azadegan Oil Field Project.
Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of this article, the risks of a project are identified, firstly. Then, they are prioritized by RFMEA technique. The third step focuses on simulating the project by Pert master software. Finally, the response strategies for each high-priority risk are determined.

University is an organization with specific mission that needs to be evaluated for optimal using of resources and achieving to goals. To improve the status quo, by performance assessment could recognized weakness and strength and minimized input of resources. Thus, university has to know efficiency of faculties and to study cause of its efficiency and inefficiency, then to improve and to conduct faculties of inefficiency by using suitable programming. DBA model is nonparametric frontier method for measuring of performance and technical efficiency of comparable sets in converting similar inputs to similar outputs. In this paper, according to importance of university, largest higher education center in country, efficiency of Shahid Beheshti University’s faculties is evaluated by DBA using CCR model in two cases and with weights for inputs and outputs based on goal programming (min deviation variable, min sum deviation variables, min max deviation and multi objective LP) in period of 1382-1386. DBA based on goal programming has more power for separating and presenting real weights from classic models (CCR). Finding of research presented law faculty was inefficient, and earth, science and management and account faculties were top faculties based on observed indices in this period.

At the beginning of the last century, division of labor principle was introduced as a factor for creativity drive, and economical saving, and the requirements of such principles led to hierarchical, task and authority-oriented organizing of different enterprises and organizational levels. This results a shift in goals and tasks of organizations. By Increasing demand and application of automation in order to recompense production task- orientation and customer’s demand as the main goal of organization was marginalized. Although this approach was effective in the period of inadequacy of supply for demand, at the time of abundance of supply for demand and organizations focus on customer’s demand it lost its efficiency so needs another approach, new condition requires this approach to be holistic and result oriented, and whenever and even during the performance of any task, the final product and customer’s pure demand must be pivot of activities. In other words, personnel at every stage should think about serving customers and realize their demands. The new approach was totally different from the task-oriented one and had a process-oriented nature. This transmission from task-orientation to process orientation paradigm is the subject of a research which was conducted in an industrial- productive enterprise via action research approach contracting. This research has developed the process- oriented approach to management system based on process in a way that inheres in itself continuous improvement, whose result would be prescriptive and descriptive. Process orientation, contrary to task orientation that focuses on the way of performing an action, emphasizes the cause of this approach in order to organize all of the organizational elements and resources for realizing the customer’s demands.

The concept of this research is, assessing the level of readiness for the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance in the SHASI SAZ IRAN Co.
In order to satisfy the main goal of this research, “assessing the level of readiness for the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance in the SHASI SAZ IRAN Co” assessment conducted in four areas.
1. The senior management committed to the implementation and execution of TPM.
2. The employee participation regarding the implementation and execution of TPM.
3. The usage level of statistical process control tools.
4. The usage level of maintenance procedures.
The statistical target group is SHASI SAZ IRAN Company’s managers, experts and production line supervisors.
This research based on the method of data collection, is of the descriptive kind.
Collection of data was based on library findings and field studies. In order to analyze the data, the comparison of target group average with assumed average test was employed.
After analysis, the readiness information of the SHASI SAZ IRAN Company based on the four questions of the research and as a result, the main question, were all placed below average. Overall, considering the individual answers, employee participation achieved first place in terms of readiness and following were maintenance procedures, management commitment and SPC tools.

Value engineering is a collection of the organized and creative arts and skills which are guided to analyze the function of the product or the system. They aim to realize these functions with the minimum costs. Khorassan Pooya Gostar Company is the largest contractor of the Iranian car manufactures has to make endeavors to provide the rubber parts of disparate types of cars along with Iran’s industry to make its products competitive. Considering the high manufacturing expenditures the wastage quantity the manufacturing period and the low quality of the products the working procedures of this company has been set on the management agenda to solve the aforementioned quandaries through implementation of the value engineering methodology. This research is among the applied ones due to the objective type but considering the data gathering tools it is classified as descriptive researches. This research has been carried out based on the international American value engineering association during 3 chief stages by following the executive steps of each stage. The required information of the project and its objectives were done during the pre-study stage. The process components were identified during 6 steps in the next stage known as the value analysis. The function of each component was defined. Some proposals were proffered for each function. Having summarized and evaluated these suggestions the final scenario was proffered to be implemented. The results of implementing the proposals were registered and collated with the previous situation in the final stage namely the comprehensive study. After the implementation of the research and the proposed scenario the results were summarized which evince the amelioration of the manufacturing section of the company in all the fields. It is noteworthy that these results demonstrate 2 percent cost reduction 14 percent waste quantity 5 percent manufacturing velocity and the 100 percent quality rating.
