In  this study literature pertaining to the  structural influence of technology, size, environment and  the  decision-maker  choice  is reviewed.   It has been shown that the structure -  contingency  models has neglected the decision-maker choice. We propose that an organization's structure  is the result of an interaction of the decision  maker's cognitive and motivational orientations, and the organization's context,   such as technology, size and environment. Our research finding has supported the previous research findings.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تاثیر تکنولوژی، اندازه، محیط و باورهای تصمیم گیرنده بر ساختار سازمانی}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش ابتدا ادبیات مربوط به نظریه سازمان بطور کلی و ادبیات مربوط به عوامل محتوایی و باورها تصمیم گیرنده بطور اخص مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و تلاش شده است تا تاثیر هر کدام از عوامل محتوایی به طور جداگانه مورد سنجش قرار گیرد. در نهایت تاثیر استراتژی نیز مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. در نیمه اول قرن بیستم نسبت به عوامل مهمی که بر ساختار سازمانی تاثیر گذار بودند تقریبا توجهی نمی شد. تاثیر محیط یا نادیده انگاشته می شد و یا این که آن را ثابت فرض می کردند. مدیران بیشتر به اصول جهانشمول ساختار برنامه ریزی و نظایر آن متکی بودند. از دهه 30 و 40 میلادی اصول کلی دیوانسالاری وبر و نظریه سنتی با انجام مطالعات تک نگاری گلدنر به شدت مورد انتقاد قرار گرفت. در اواخر دهه 50 و 60 میلادی قرن بیستم مدلهای زیادی که رابطه میان محیط، تکنولوژی، اندازه، ساختار و فرایند را نشان می داد توسعه یافت. مثلا تکنولوژی های بخصوصی را به محصولات یا بازارهای مشخصی مرتبط می کردند و انواع فرایندهای تولید را به ساختار سازمانی مرتبط می ساختند اما در فرایند تطبیق بندرت به نقش حق انتخاب مدیریت توجه می شد.}, keywords_fa = {ساختار,تکنولوژی,محیط,اندازه}, url = {https://jims.atu.ac.ir/article_4353.html}, eprint = {https://jims.atu.ac.ir/article_4353_f61d098600a1b0fbbf3fc55d28c920b0.pdf} }
