طراحی مدل ریاضی تخصیص بهینه در زنجیره تأمین سبز دو مرحلهای با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی دادههای شبکهای (NDEA) و مدارهای الکتریکی
امروزه اغلب زنجیرههای تامین، با توجه بیشتر به حفاظت از محیط زیست بهعنوان مزیت رقابتی، به سمت کسب و کار سبز در حرکتند. در این میان، طراحی یک زنجیره تأمین سبز دو مرحلهای با تخصیص بهینه یک تأمینکننده سبز به یک تولیدکننده سبز بر اساس ماکزیمم کارایی و در نظرگرفتن فرآیندها و محصولات درونی میان این دوسطح، ضروری به نظر میرسد؛ زیرا، عملکرد اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی زنجیره تأمین را افزایش خواهد داد. یکی از روشهای مورد استفاده برای ارزیابی کارایی در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز، تحلیل پوششی دادهها (DEA) است. روش-های سنتی DEA در ارزیابی کارایی زنجیره تأمین و سیستمهای چند مرحلهای به درستی عمل نمیکنند؛ زیرا، هر واحد تصمیمگیرنده را مانند جعبه سیاه در نظر میگیرند و از ساختارهای دورنی آن غفلت میورزند. لذا بهمنظور رفع این نقص، یک روش تحلیل پوششی دادههای شبکهای دو مرحلهای مبتنی بر مفاهیم مهندسی برق ارائه خواهد شد که قادر است کل ورودیها، محصولات میانی و خروجیهای مطلوب و نامطلوب میان تأمینکننده و تولیدکننده در زنجیره تأمین سبز را جهت تخصیص بهینه واحدهای تأمین به تولید براساس ماکزیمم کارایی در نظر بگیرد. مدل پیشنهادی همراه با یک مثال کاربردی تشریح و اعتبار آن تایید گردیده است.

تعیین ارزش شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی از دیدگاه مدیریت دانش
این مقاله از دیدگاه مدیریت دانش درخصوص شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی بهره می برد. ما به این سوال پاسخ می دهیم که کارکنان چگونه از شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی در جهت ایجاد ارزش و تقویت مدیریت دانش استفاده می کنند همچنین به بررسی اشکال استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی و ارزش آن برای مدیریت دانش می پردازیم. در این تحقیق به پنج کارکرد شبکه اجتماعی که شامل: حل مسئله،تولید ایده ها ، به روز رسانی ها ، مدیریت کار،گفتگوهای غیررسمی؛ میباشد، پرداخته میشود.نوع تحقیق کاربردی و با استفاده از پرسش نامه داده های مورد نظر جمع آوری و برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آنالیز رگرسیون و نرمافزار SPSS استفاده شده است . جامعه این تحقیق 100 نفر از کارمندان شرکت همکاران سیستم که از شبکه های اجتماعی تخصصی و حرفه ای استفاده می کنند، میباشد و تعداد75 نفر به عنوان نمونه جهت انجام تحقیق از طریق فرمول کوکران انتخاب شده است. جهت بررسی روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه از نظرات اساتید و خبرگان و برای پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. یافته ها در نهایت نشان دادند شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی قادر به ایجاد ارزش برای نوآوری با کمک به افراد در بکارگیری موثر کارکردهای شبکه اجتماعی و غنی سازی توانایی های دانش میباشد و مشارکت موثر در شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی می تواند باعث فعالسازی مدیریت دانش و ایجاد ارزش شود. منظور از ارزشگذاری ارزیابی مزایای استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی برای به دست آوردن دانش موثرمی باشد.

بهینه سازی کنترل موجودی در یک زنجیره تأمین سه سطحی از طریق شبیه سازی و الگوریتم جستجوی هارمونی
در بازارهای امروز رقابت در حال افزایش است و شرکت ها را به سمت بهینه سازی فرآیندهای مدیریتی سوق می دهد. این موضوع هماهنگی مسائل مختلفی نظیر به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات ، برنامه ریزی ظرفیت و قابلیت اطمینان میان اعضای درگیر شبکه را شامل می شود. یکی از مهمترین ابعاد شبکه زنجیره تأمین بهینه سازی عملیاتها با هدف حداقل کردن هزینه می باشد. با توجه به پیچیدگی های شبکه زنجیره تأمین این کار بسیار سختی می باشد. به منظور مقابله با این پیچیدگی و تعیین شرایط بهینه ما در این مقاله از رویکرد ترکیبی شبیه سازی ، روش تاگوچی ، تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون غیرخطی و الگوریتم جستجوی هارمونی استفاده نمودیم. در ابتدا مفاهیم طراحی آزمایشات به کار گرفته می شود و تعدادی سناریو برای زنجیره تامین تعریف می شود. سپس هریک از این سناریوها در محیط شبیه سازی شده اجرا می شوند. نتایج بدست آمده از شبیه سازی به منظور تخمین رابطه بین عوامل موثر بر زنجیره و هزینه های زنجیره استفاده می شود. در نهایت با بهینه سازی این رابطه می توان هزینه های زنجیره تامین را حداقل کرد. این پژوهش به شرکت ها کمک می کند تا بتوانند پیچیدگی ها و وابستگی میان فاکتورهای مختلف زنجیره تأمین را هموار کرده و راهکاری برای تولیدکنندگان در راستای تعیین برنامه ظرفیت مناسب و همچنین استراتژی به تأخیر انداختن تمایز ایجاد می کند.

استراتژی محافظت از تسهیلات حیاتی در حضور حملات با سطوح شدت متفاوت
امروزه، زیرساختهای حیاتی در سیستمهای تامین، در معرض حملات عمدی هستند که این امر سبب شده است تا برای فراهم آوردن آمادگی لازم و واکنش مناسب در برابر حملات، مسئله مستحکمسازی زیرساختهای حیاتی مطرح گردد. در این مقاله، نوع خاصی از مسئله مستحکمسازی زیرساختهای حیاتی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است که در آن، قبل از آنکه زیرساختهای حیاتی احداث گردند، در مورد مستحکمسازی آنها برنامه ریزی میشود. مسئله به صورت یک برنامهریزی دو سطحی فرموله شده است که در سطح بالا، (مدافع) با در نظر گرفتن اینکه کدام تسهیلات احداث شوند، هر تسهیل، در شرایط پیش از حمله، به کدام مشتری خدمترسانی کند و برای شرایط بعد از حمله، برای هر تسهیل چه تعداد مدافع تخصیص داده شود، به دنبال کمینهسازی مجموع هزینهها میباشد.این درحالی است که در سطح پایین، (حمله کننده) با در نظر گرفتن اینکه به کدام تسهیلات و با چه سطح شدتی حمله شود، به دنبال تحمیل حداکثر هزینه به سیستم است. برای حل مسئله، روش فراابتکاری مبتنی بر الگوریتم تبرید شبیهسازی شده پیشنهاد شده است و با حل یک مثال و مقایسه نتایج آن با نتایج حل دقیق، کارآیی روش سنجیده شده است.

چارچوب ارزشآفرینی خدمات کانالهای ترکیبی در صنعت بانکداری
امروزه صنعت بانکداری همانند بسیاری از صنایع با تحول دیجیتالی روبرو شده است. این تحولات به خاطر فناوریهای همگرا میباشد. یکی از ارکان فناوریهای همگرا، امکان ارائهی خدمات از چندین کانال به مشتریان جهت تجربهی بهتر مشتریان است. چنین موضوعی در صنعت بانکداری به یک بایسته مبدل شده است، بهطوریکه ارائه خدمات بانکی از کانالهای ترکیبی بهجای مزیت رقابتی، یک الزام راهبردی است. به همین علت، شناسایی چارچوب ارزشآفرینی کانالهای ترکیبی برای فعالان صنعت بانکداری کشور از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. این پژوهش درصدد آن است که چارچوبی را جهت ارزشآفرینی از طریق رویکرد کانالهای ترکیبی در صنعت بانکداری ارائه نماید. بدین منظور، با استفاده تکنیک تحلیل مضمون 47 مقالهی مرتبط با ارائهی کانالهای ترکیبی در صنعت بانکداری در طی سالهای 2004 تا 2019 موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. نتایج حاصله مؤید آن است که عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشآفرینی کانالهای ترکیبی عبارتاند از: کیفیت خدمات کانالهای ترکیبی، باور به رفتارهای هوشمندانه مالی، توانمندسازی مشتریان، هنجارهای هوشمندانه، وظایف هوشمند و فناوریهای هوشمند

الگویی یکپارچه از تولید پایدار با نگرشی بر رویکردهای اکولوژیک و همزیستی صنعتی
سرعت رقابتپذیری و نوآوری سازمانی بخصوص در مجموعه عملکردهای توسعهدهنده درجه پایداری شرکتها و نیز فشار محیطی بر روی شرکتهای تولیدی بهمنظور پیشبینی مزایای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی فرآیندها و محصولاتشان، در دهههای اخیر افزایش چشمگیر و فراوانی داشته است. این وضعیت، شرکتهای تولیدی سراسر جهان را به چالشی جدید کشیده است تا با توسعه و اجرای شیوهها و ابزار تولید پایدار جایگاه رقابتیشان را در بازار حفظ کنند و پیشرفت پایدار را که همزمان موضوعات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و محیطی را در فرآیند پیشرفت نشانه میگیرند، دنبال نمایند. این پژوهش بر پایداری کسبوکار با رویکرد نوینی از همزیستی صنعتی تمرکز داشته و سعی نمود ضمن شناسایی ابعاد تولید پایدار از دیدگاه مدیران شرکتهای تولیدی صنعتی موفق در استان سمنان، اقدام به طراحی مدلی از تولید پایدار نماید. بدین منظور با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و با تکیهبر فن شبکه خزانه و پیمودن گامهای آن با مدیران 33 شرکت با حداقل فعالیت پیوسته 5 ساله و موفق در سطح استان، مصاحبه و نسبت به ایجاد 33 شبکه خزانه شخصی منفرد و درمجموع 175 سازه شخصی اولیه تولید پایدار اقدام شد، که درنهایت با واکاوی و تحلیل این سازهها، شبکه جمعی تولید پایدار مشتمل بر 87 سازه ثانویه در 11 بخش ترسیم و بر اساس تحلیل خوشهای با نرمافزار SPSS مورد تحلیل و طبقهبندی قرار گرفت و مدلی از تولید پایدار با 11 رکن اصلی و 87 سازه در 4 بخش و ارائه 4 استراتژی تولید یعنی تولید اقتصادی، تولید ناب، تولید سبز و تولید پایدار، صورت گرفت.

یک مدل مکانیابی دو هدفه برای طراحی شبکه زنجیره تأمین حلقه بسته تحت شرایط عدم قطعیت
افزایش توجه به مسائل زیست محیطی اهمیت مسئله طراحی زنجیرههای تأمین حلقه بسته را که شامل تولید و بازیافت و امحاء ضایعات است، دو چندان کرده است. مسئله طراحی یکپارچه شبکههای زنجیره تأمین حلقه بسته به عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم در مدیریت زنجیرههای تأمین شامل تعیین همزمان مکان و تعداد تسهیلات مورد نیاز (تولید، جمعآوری، بازیافت و انهدام) در زنجیره تأمین رو به جلو و معکوس، موجودی هر تسهیل و کمیت جریان ارسالی بین آنها میباشد. در این مقاله، زنجیره تأمین حلقه بستهای با محصولات متنوع (چند محصولی) مطالعه شده و یک مدل برنامهریزی ریاضی خطی دو هدفه (کاهش هزینههای کل زنجیره و میزان آلایندگیهای زیست محیطی) به منظور تعیین متغیرهای راهبردی مسئله شامل مکانیابی مراکز تولید، جمعآوری و انهدام محصولات و متغیرهای عملیاتی در دورههای مختلف برنامهریزی (چند دورهای) شامل جریانهای بین تسهیلات به تفکیک وسایل نقلیه مختلف و موجودیهای هر تسهیل ارائه شده است. به دلیل وجود عدم قطعیت در پارمترهایی مانند تقاضا و میزان کالای برگشتی از مشتریان، مدل پیشنهادی در شرایط عدم قطعیت (بهینهسازی استوار) توسعه یافته است. ضمن بررسی اعتبارسنجی مدل، کاربرد مدل پیشنهادی برای طراحی شبکه تأمین و بازیافت بطریهای شیشهای با هدف کاهش هزینههای احداث مراکز و حمل و نقلها برای محصولات مختلف و در کل دوره برنامه ریزی به اضافه کمینهکردن کل گاز دی اکسید کربن تولیدی بررسی شده است. تحلیل حساسیت مدل بهینهسازی استوار نیز در پایان انجام شده است.

بهینه سازی قابلیت اطمینان نیروی کار با استفاده از زمانبندی شیفت های کاری
زمانبندی شیفت های کار و استراحت یکی از فرایند های برنامه ریزی تولید است که با ارائه جداول زمانی کاری بهینه می تواند زمینه ارتقاء و توسعه سازمان و نیروی کار را فراهم کند. در این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن مفهوم مهندسی عوامل انسانی سعی شده است تا مدل ریاضی زمانبندی شیفت کاری با هدف کمینه سازی خطاهای انسانی و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان نیروی کار ارائه شود. عوامل انسانی یادگیری، فراموشی، خستگی و استراحت از جمله عوامل مهم در افزایش یا کاهش خطای انسانی است که در مدل سازی حاظر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مدل ارائه شده از نوع عدد صحیح غیر خطی است. برای بررسی مدل و مطالعه عوامل انسانی، مثالهای کوچک متعدد با پارامترهای انسانی مختلف در سه سطح وظایف آسان، متوسط و سخت حل گردید. برای حل نرم افزار لینگو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با تغییر پارامترهای انسانی برای وظایف مختلف ساختار شیفت کاری و استراحت تغییر می یابد. با افزایش سختی وظایف و کاهش سرعت یادگیری، تخصیص زمان های استراحت به شروع زمان کاری نزدیک تر می شود. با کاهش سختی کار و افزایش سرعت یادگیری شیفت کاری بهینه به سمت شیفت های کاری بدون استراحت نزدیک می شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که برای بهینه سازی قابلیت اطمینان می توان از مدل ارائه شده استفاده کرد و سازمانها و شرکت ها می توانند با در نظر گرفتن نوع وظایف و پارامترهای انسانی نیروی کارشان زمانبندی بهینه ای تعیین کنند.

تعیین استراتژی های نگهداری و تعمیرات با استفاده از سیستم استنتاج فازی چند مرحله ای(مورد مطالعه: نیروگاه برق شهید سلیمی نکا)
چکیده: اهمیت مقوله نگهداری و تعمیرات از آنجاست که مدیریت کارآمد آن میتواند در تداوم خطوط تولید و کاهش هزینهها بسیار موثر باشد. این مسئله در نیروگاههای تولید برق به عنوان منبع اصلی تامین انرژی در کشور از اهمیت مضاعفی برخوردار است. هدف از مقاله حاضر ارائه رویکردی کاربردی برای تعیین استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات مناسب برای هر دستگاه است. در همین راستا با استفاده از رویکرد FMEA فازی و طراحی سیستم استنتاج فازی ریسک شکستهای مهم دستگاهها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و همچنین میزان حساسیت دستگاهها نیز برای بررسی بیشتر ارزیابی شد؛ در ادامه با تلفیق نتایج، استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات مناسب هر دستگاه تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد، دستگاه "ژنراتور" به عنوان دستگاه اصلی تولید برق در نیروگاه، با شاخص اولویت ریسک 6.56 و میزان حساسیت 0.55 در بعد چهارم نمودار RPN-TI میگیرد که در این حالت استراتژی مناسب برای این دستگاه، استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات پیش اقدامانه است و با توجه به اینکه باقی دستگاه-ها شامل: ایرپریهیتر، کندانسور توربین، افدیفن و الکتروموتور دارای RPN بالا و TI پایین هستند، در بعد سوم نمودار قرار گرفتند که استراتژی مناسب برای آنها استراتژی نگهداری و تعمیرات مبتنی بر وضعیت است.

شناسایی شاخصهای کلیدی استراتژیک با استفاده از برنامه ریزی خطی در شرکت بازرگانی دولتی کرمان
امروزه یکی از مشکلات اساسی سازمانها، در ایجاد نظام ارزیابی عملکرد، شناسایی شاخصهای کلیدی مناسب است. در بین الگوهای ارزیابی و عملکرد، در سالهای اخیر، کارت امتیازات متوازن از اقبال بیشتری برخوردار بوده است؛ اما در عمل بسیاری از پروژههای ارزیابی متوازن با شکست مواجه میشوند. از مهمترین دلایل شکست در استقرار نظام ارزیابی متوازن ضعف در انتخاب شاخصهای کلیدی مناسب است. لذا این پژوهش به کمک مدل اصلاح شده کارت امتیازات متوازن و بکارگیری برنامه ریزی خطی سعی در بکارگیری روشی مناسب جهت ارائه مدلی برای انتخاب تعداد مناسب شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد میباشد و نتایج اجرایی این رویکرد را به صورت موردی در شرکت بازرگانی کرمان ارئه میدهد. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس روش، از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 71 نفر از کارکنان فنی پروژهها و تاسیسات ذخیره سازی شرکت بازرگانی دولتی کرمان که 10نفر از آنها از مدیران این شرکت بودند تشکیل می-دهند.
