Integration of supplier selection and order allocation is an important decision for both designing and operating supply chains. Several criteria affect this decision, and can be considered as a complex group multiple criteria decision making problem which requires the number of alternative suppliers and quantitative and qualitative criteria. Additionally, decision makers cannot easily express their judgments on the alternatives with exact numerical values in many practical situations, and there usually exists uncertain and incomplete assessments.
Therefore, this paper develops a fuzzy MCDM model to evaluate and order allocation to the candidate suppliers. First, suppliers are evaluated, considering 16 criteria, by a hybrid ANP- VIKOR method in fuzzy environment. Then, a fuzzy multi-objective mathematical model is proposed to order allocation. Finally, the fuzzy model is solved by Tiwari method.
The effectiveness of the model and the proposed solution method in obtaining suitable solution is demonstrated by a numerical example in a real case study.
