Adoption of technology and developed products is always one of the favorite issues for innovator organizations' major managers. Developing products and new services, follows high amounts of money that is needed for researches and developing. Anyway in some cases, new services and products, are not accepted by target market and customers and also doesn’t serves our expectances regarding benefits. The purpose of this research is to provide a good intuition regarding effective reasons for mobile banking adoption by banks' customers. In this research, we will review last researches about acceptance of technology and recognizing effective variables in mobile banking adoption in order to know effective variables and perceiving the dynamics on this process, by using systems dynamics methodology and drawing cause and effects' diagram, and also we will give a model for analysis of dynamic of mobile banking adoption. Finally, the results of proposed scenarios would be done and be analyzed.
