طراحی شبکه زنجیره تامین حلقه بسته ماهیان پرورشی سردآبی با در نظر گرفتن شرایط عدم قطعیت: مطالعه موردی شبکه زنجیره تامین قزل آلا در مازندران
در اقتصاد رقابتی کنونی، مدیریت زنجیره تامین امری مهم تلقی میگردد. در سالهای اخیر به دلیل کمبود منابع جهت پاسخگویی به تقاضای فزاینده غذا، توجه محققان به زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی افزایش یافته است. از آنجاییکه ماهی یکی از اقلام مطلوب در سبد غذایی خانوار است، توسعه آبزیپروری و بازیافت محصولات برگشتی در لجستیک معکوس به حفظ منابع آبی و توسعه پایدار کمک قابل ملاحظهای مینماید. از اینرو نهادهای دولتی و همچنین ذینفعان صنعت آبزیپروری علاقهمند به لجستیک معکوس هستند. مطالعه حاضر بر روی بهینهسازی یک زنجیره تامین حلقه بسته ماهی متمرکز شده است. بدین منظور، در ابتدا یک مدل ریاضی دو هدفه ارائه شده است که علاوه بر به حداقل رساندن هزینهها، به حداکثر رساندن پاسخگویی به تقاضای مشتریان در شرایط عدم قطعیت را نیز درنظر میگیرد. چندین الگوریتم فراابتکاری چندهدفه شناخته شده و یک الگوریتم فراابتکاری تلفیقی پیشنهادی برای یافتن راهحل های پارتو بکار گرفته شدهاند و راه حلها از نظر معیارهای عملکرد مقایسه گردیدهاند. همچنین روش اپسیلون-محدودیت و تجزیه و تحلیل حساسیت جهت اعتبارسنجی الگوریتمها و ارزیابی کارایی مدل بکارگرفته شدهاند. سرانجام، از الگوریتم ویکور برای انتخاب روش حل برتر استفاده شده است. به منظور نشان دادن قابلیت مدل پیشنهادی، یک مطالعه موردی شامل زنجیره تامین حلقه بسته ماهی قزل آلا در شمال ایران بررسی گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مسائل نشان میدهند که مدل توسعه یافته میتواند جهت صرفه جویی در هزینهها و بالابردن سطح رضایت مشتریان موثر باشد.

تاثیر مداخله دولت بر رقابت بین زنجیره های تامین سبز و غیرسبز با هدف مدیریت رفاه اجتماعی
امروزه با توجه به افزایش آلودگیهای زیستمحیطی توجه دولتها به مفهوم زنجیره تامین سبز افزایش یافته است. زنجیره تامین سبز محصول سبز را تولید کرده که سازگاری بالایی با محیط زیست دارد. هدف از این مقاله بررسی تاثیر مداخله دولت بر روی رقابت بین زنجیرهها، محیط زیست و رفاه اجتماعی است. در این مقاله سه مدل مختلف ارائه میشود. در مدل اول دو زنجیره تامین سبز و غیرسبز با یکدیگر رقابت داشته و دولت حضور ندارد. در مدل دوم دولت برای استفاده از زنجیره تامین سبز فرهنگسازی انجام میدهد و در مدل سوم از زنجیره تامین غیرسبز مالیات اخذ میکند. تابع هدف دولت رفاه اجتماعی است. در هر دو مدل مداخله دولت، بازی به صورت استاکلبرگ است. برای حل مدل از روش تحلیل عقبگرد استفاده میشود. این روش روند استنتاج رو به عقب در مسائل با مراحل محدود، با هدف بدست آوردن اقدام بهینه در هر مرحله است. برای محاسبات ریاضی و بدست آوردن متغیرهای تصمیم، نرم افزار متلب و میپل به کار رفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که در صورت دخالت دولت به صورت فرهنگسازی آسیبهای زیستمحیطی کمتر میشود. نتیجه دیگر این است که شرایط افزایش رفاه اجتماعی در حالت فرهنگ-سازی مشخص میشود. همچنین این امکان برای زنجیره تامین سبز فراهم میشود در صورت برقراری روابطی معین میان پارامترها قیمت خود را بالا ببرد. در مدل اخذ مالیات اگر دولت هدف خود را بیشینه کردن رفاه اجتماعی قرار دهد، تحت هر شرایطی رفاه اجتماعی نسبت به حالت عدم حضور دولت افزایش مییابد.

ارائه مدل تاب آوری زنجیره تامین در شرکت پنها
تحریم های ظالمانه ابر قدرت ها در تامین تجهیزات نظامی کشورمان و همچنین بکارگیری تعداد قابل توجهی بالگرد با کاربرد های نظامی و غیر نظامی(شامل حمل و نقل، امداد نجات، کشاورزی،آتش سوزی، مدیریت بحران و ...)، در کشور، اهمیت شرکت پشتیبانی و نوسازی هلی کوپتر های ایران(پنها) را دو چندان نموده و تنوع کارکردی این بالگردها، ضرورت حرکت این شرکت به سمت طراحی و ساخت را نیز در پی داشته است. با توجه به ماموریت این شرکت و محدودیت های موجود از جمله تحریم ها، مدیریت موثر زنجیره تامین آن، عاملی اساسی در موفقیتش محسوب می گردد. اختلالات به عنوان نتایج رویدادهای غیر منتظره، جزئی غیر قابل تفکیک از زنجیره تامین این شرکت بوده و بکارگیری رویکرد تاب آوری زنجیره تامین، برای مقابله با این رویدادهای غیرمنتظره، بهبود سریع و بازگشت به حالت اولیه( قبل از وقوع رویداد)، به عنوان تنهاترین شرکت ارائه دهنده خدمات پشتیبانی و نوسازی بالگرد در ایران، ضروری می باشد.این تحقیق با هدف تدوین مدل تاب آوری زنجیره تامین شرکت پنها، ابتدا به شناسایی اقدامات تاب آوری زنجیره تامین پرداخته، سپس با توجه به ضرورت کاربردی بودن مدل نهایی، این اقدامات را در قالب ماتریس دو بعدی اهمیت – قابلیت پیاده سازی، دسته بندی نموده است. همچنین با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی، مهم ترین اقدامات و معیارهای سنجش عملکرد مرتبط با شرکت پنها استخراج گردیده و در نهایت با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، مدل ارائه گردید.

طراحی و تبیین الگوی انعطافپذیری تولید در صنایع غذایی
هدف این مقاله تدوین الگوی انعطافپذیری تولید در صنایع غذایی میباشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی است. در بخش پژوهش کیفی، روش داده بنیاد ابزاری برای ساخت مدل مفهومی انعطافپذیری تولید میباشد. نمونه آماری این بخش، شامل 20 نفر از خبرگان آشنا به موضوع انعطافپذیری تولید است. روش نمونهگیری در بخش کیفی، روش گلوله برفی میباشد. روش جمعآوری دادهها در این بخش مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی، فرایند سهمرحلهای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی میباشد. نتایج این بخش نشان دهنده مدل پارادایم انعطافپذیری تولید است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کمی، پرسشنامهای محقق ساخته بر اساس مقولههای فرعی و مفاهیم بدست آمده از مرحله کیفی میباشد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در این بخش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری است. نمونه آماری در این بخش 201 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای صنایع غذایی در استان آذربایجانشرقی میباشد. نتایج نشان میدهد که پویایی محیطی، افزایش توان رقابتی و دسترسی به بازارهای جدید از جمله علل نیاز به انعطافپذیری تولید است که در این راه خودکارسازی و تولید به موقع از راهبردهای صنایع برای دستیابی به انعطافپذیری تولید تلقی میگردند؛ این عوامل دارای اثر مستقیم بر افزایش عملکرد سازمانی و رضایت مشتری به عنوان پیامدهای انعطافپذیری است. نتایج همچنین نشان میدهد که مداخلهگرهایی مانند عوامل مدیریتی، توانمندی مالی و .. می-توانند راهبردها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.

ارایه مدل برنامهریزی تولید ادغامی چندمحصولی با ترکیب تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه ترجیحات تولید و بهینهسازی چندهدفه: نمونهموردی تولید شیرهای گاز صنعتی
یکی از ملاحظاتی که میتواند در برنامهریزی تولید ادغامی لحاظ شود؛ ترجیحات مدیریتی است که در مقاله حاضر، ضمن درنظرگیری آن، رویکردی پیشنهاد شده که در یک شرکت تولیدکننده شیرهای گاز طراحی و پیادهسازی شده است. در فاز اول از رویکرد پیشنهادی، ملاحظات موردنظر مدیریت و ترجیحات تولید محصولات مختلف با استفاده از یک روش تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه تعیین شده و به عنوان ورودی به فاز دوم وارد میشوند. با توجه به تفاوت ماهیت و بعد شاخصها، در فاز اول از یک روش غلبه نسبی استفاده شده است. در فاز دوم، با درنظرگیری نیازهای شرکت مورد بررسی، مدل بهینهسازی چندهدفه خطی عددصحیح مختلط به صورت قطعی طراحی شده که علاوه بر تابع هدف بیشینهسازی سود، ترجیحات تولیدی را نیز در انتخاب محصولات اعمال نموده و تابع هدف سوم بر کمینهسازی محصولات نیمهساخته متمرکز است. برای حل مدل چندهدفه، از روش محدودیت حدی تقویتشده استفاده گردیده که مجموعهای از جوابهای کارا ایجاد مینماید و تصمیمگیرنده قادر خواهد بود با تبادل بین سه تابع هدف، مناسبترین جواب موردنظر خود را انتخاب نماید. به عنوان مثال، مدیران ارشد متوجه خواهند شد تا چه اندازه از مقدار بهینه سود فاصله گرفته و در مقابل ترجیحات تولیدی را تامین یا محصولات نیمهساخته را کاهش دهند. مقایسه نتایج عددی ارایه شده با مقادیر واقعی عملیاتی سازمان نشان داد که با بهکارگیری مدل برنامهریزی تولید ادغامی پیشنهادی در نمونه موردی، میزان سود کارخانه به میزان 33% ، مطلوبیت تولید خانواده محصولات 28% و کالای نیمه ساخته 56% بهبود داده شدهاند.

با افزایش بلایای طبیعی، نیاز جامعه به خدمات سلامتمحور افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. در هنگام وقوع حادثه ارائه خدمات در زمان مناسب و به موقع یکی از ضروریترین اقدامات ممکن میباشد. به همین منظور در ابتدا باید وضعیت مصدومان مشخص شده و درمان آغاز شود و در صورت افزایش وخامت حال مصدومان، این افراد در کمترین زمان به مراکز درمانی انتقال یابند. به همین منظور مراکز درمانی باید در مکانهایی با دسترسی مناسب قرار گیرند. از طرفی یکی دیگر از اقدامات مهم در زمان وقوع حادثه، ارسال دارو و اقلام پزشکی در زمان مناسب جهت درمان مصدومان میباشد. بنابراین یک مدل ریاضی مکانیابی و موجودی به منظور ارائه خدمات بهتر با هدف کمینهسازی هزینه-های مربوط به مکانیابی و موجودی سیستمهای سلامتمحور ارایه گردیده و سپس جهت تحلیل مسأله موردنظر، از روشهای حل دقیق و روش فراابتکاری الگوریتم ژنتیک برای 20 مسأله پیشنهادی بهره جستیم. نتایج بیانگر آن است که در ابعاد بزرگ، الگوریتم ژنتیک میتواند الگوریتم کارایی برای حل مسئله این تحقیق باشد.

حل مسأله استوار بالانس و توالی خط مونتاژ رباتیک U شکل با استفاده از الگوریتم جستجوی هارمونی
در سالهای اخیر رباتها به طور گستردهای در سیستم مونتاژ با عنوان خطوط مونتاژ رباتیک مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این خطوط مجموعهای از فعالیتها باید به ایستگاهها تخصیص داده شوند و هر ایستگاه نیازمند انتخاب یکی از انواع رباتها برای پردازش فعالیتهای تخصیص یافته است. در شرایط واقعی ممکن است رباتها در طی افق زمانبندی به دلایل مختلفی مانند خرابی از دسترس خارج شوند. این تحقیق در زمینه بالانس خط در شرایط عدم قطعیت صحبت میکند خطوط u-شکل به دلیل انعطافپذیری و کارایی بیشتر نسبت به خطوط مستقیم، در بسیاری از صنایع مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاند. این خطوط گزینههای بیشتری برای تعیین فعالیتها به ایستگاههایکاری ارائه میدهند و اپراتورها میتوانند همزمان به ایستگاههایکاری در هر دو سمت ورودی و خروجی سرویس دهند. هدف در این مساله حداقل کردن زمان سیکل برای تعداد مشخصی ایستگاههایکاری و به حداقل رساندن هزینه احداث ربات می باشد. این مقاله، یک مدل استوار برای مواجه با عدم قطعیت در مسأله بالانس و توالی خط مونتاژ رباتیک u-شکل مدل ترکیبی ارائه میدهد همچنین زمانهای آمادهسازی بین فعالیتها و زمانهای خرابی و زمان نگهداری و تعمیرات هر ربات در آن در نظر گرفته می شود. از آنجایی که این مسأله یک مسأله NP-hard است لذا از الگوریتم فراابتکاری، جستجوی هارمونی چندهدفه جهت حل و بهینهسازی استفاده میشود.
