In this direction a model is developed in which lack of certainty<br />is taken into consideration regarding parameters such as demand and<br />various costs. Unlike the classical methods that the structure of<br />network is predefined and is predetermined, the facilities location<br />makes decisions with respect to the structure of the network.<br />The discussed issue in many real and actual applications such as roads<br />network, communication systems and etc does exist and locating the<br />facilities and designing the main network simultaneously are<br />considered as important factors; therefore redesigning and<br />optimization of models which look for simultaneous solutions seem<br />essential. There have been various strategies in the literature of<br />uncertainty optimization. Two of the most important strategies are the<br />“Probabilistic Optimization” and “Robust Optimization”.<br />This article employs the robust optimization to resolve the uncertainty<br />and the modelization arguments.
