Nowadays the process performance is a key success factor in the competitive environment of banking industry. Various approaches have been proposed to identify and improve processes. Process mining is a new process management approach which is supposed to discover and improve the actual process model based on information technology. Despite of the theoretical development, authors have paid less attention to process mining applicability. In this paper applicability of the Fuzzy Miner algorithm of process mining to semi-automatic processes is investigated. We used PM2 methodology with some changes at the first and the fifth step to discover a semi-automated process model. At the first step manual and system data is combined and the desired detail level is determined by process owners. Then the model is discovered by means of Fuzzy Miner algorithm through ProM tool. As the manual data could affect the discovered model adversely so besides conformance checking criteria a new expert based criteria is proposed to validate the model. The expert validation criteria is equal to 87.2 percent for the discovered model of the selected process which means process mining could be applied to semi-automated processes successfully

Measuring sustainable production indicators is becoming an important environmental activity due to government directives and increasing awareness among the people to protect the environment and reduce waste. Sustainable production indicators can be used to evaluate the effect of different production and management activities and as a result, a reliable mechanism will be created for monitoring sustainable production performance in achieving company's sustainability. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the level of sustainability in Isfahan oil refinery through identifying sustainable production indicators and determining the relationships between them in order to develop sustainable production model and also determining the indicators effects intensity on each other. After reviewing related literature and interviewing with experts, 12 sustainable production indicators in the refinery are identified. Then, using ISM technique relationship between indicators are determined. Also we used fuzzy DEMATEL to determine the intensities of relationships. The results show that implementation of supervision and control, resources with high productivity, technology with high productivity, and optimizing the production schedule to improve productivity are the main indicators in achieving sustainable production in the refinery

Nowadays many organizations involved in environmental, social and economic concerns and measure supplier performance on the fields; including the effect that "corporate social responsibility" could have on the suppliers’ selection. The aim of this study is determine of a model to selection of suppliers based on corporate social responsibility. By a review of research literature and obtaining the opinion of experts, the issues were identified in the 5 dimensions (organizational commitment, employee, commitment to society and citizenship, moral commitments, environmental commitments) and 17 indicators. Then the matrix structured questionnaire was developed to determine the intermediate relationship of these indicators. Questionnaire's obtained data analyses using ISM so it was traced 6 levels in an interactive network that indicator "focus on sustainable development" was at the highest level. Also, influence and dependence of the indicators relative to each other on the matrix influence-dependence was evaluated. The most influential indicator in the matrix influence-dependence is "Providing relevant training in CSR to the suppliers”; so the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the selection of suppliers depends on their training and to be with this attitude, long-term plans would be design on the basis of social responsibility training specifically for suppliers
