This study examined the impact of the interaction between demand uncertainty and supply chain integration on firm performance (operational and financial dimentions) using a survey method with questionnaire. Previous studies had not examined the interaction impact between integration and uncertainty on supply chains performance as was done in this study. The research population consists of the firms that were in steel and auto parts industries. In total, 84 firms participated in the study. We used hierarchical regression model to test our hypotheses with industry type added as a control variable. Results show that integration in internal and process dimensions have positive impact on operational and financial performance. However, integration in product has negative impact on financial performance. When firms face with demand uncertainty, process integration will improve financial performance. Due to results, this study recommend companies to focus on internal and process integration as more effective types of integration, which improve financial and operational performance. In condition with demand uncertainty it is better for firms to prioritize process integration. Furthemore, type of industry dosnt have impact on study results.

Training and development are considered as the facilitator of Green Human Resource Management. Green training related to environmental issues and enables all employees to the organization's performance with environmental issues are integrated. The aim of this research was about investigating the relationship between green training and green supply chain management and finally its effect on organizational performance. In this context, a developed conceptual model was designed. The statistical population included all experts and managers of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company of Guilan’s region. The innovation of the present research is to measure the impact of green human resources management and supply chain management in integrating these two processes into the organization's performance. The results of the hypothesis with 95% confidence interval using structural equation modeling using LISREL software show that green education has significant impact on organizational performance through mediating role of green supply chain management and green education can be a source of competitive advantage for companies. Green supply chain management also improves the performance of the organization in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental distinction in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage

Today, organizations in an environment with growing changes, should be flexible enough to manage unpredictable threats and opportunities in an uncertain future and lead to better performance. Also, they should optimize their business processes to achieve operational efficiency. Besides, Operational absorptive Capacity is a significant learning capabilities that may explain why some companies are enable to create a more effective response to environmental uncertainties. In this study, the impact of environmental uncertainty mediated by manufacturing flexibility and operational efficiency and moderating role of operational absorptive capacity on the performance of manufacturing firms has been tested. Also, the effect of manufacturing flexibility on the operational efficiency has been tested. A questionnaire is used as an instrument to collect data that is provided by experts and managers of 101 manufacturing companies in Rasht province. For the data analysis, structural equation modeling techniques (SEM) with the approach of Partial Least Squares (PLS) has been used. The results show that the company's performance can be improved by increasing manufacturing flexibility and operational efficiency . Also, with increasing flexibility, can provide more effective responses to environmental changes. The results confirmed the effect of manufacturing flexibility on the operational efficiency, as well as moderating role of operational absorptive capacity

One of the key mysterious subjects in this field appears to be understanding of processes and mechanisms that human resource management practices influence firm performance through them. It seems that with regard to importance of corporate strategies and their effect on firm performance, coordination between human resource, human capital and organizational strategies is one of the issues that can have significant effect on the relationship between human resource management practices and firm performance.
The main purpose of of this paper is to investigate the effect of the strategic cooperation between human resource, human capital and organizational behavior strategies on the firm performance. Data analysis shows that the firm performance would improve if there were
Coordination between human resource strategy and human capital strategy and organizational behavior strategy and also between human resource strategy and human capital strategy and organizational behavior strategy.
Finally, the results show that strategic coordination between human resource strategy and human capital and organizational behavior have significant effect on the firm performance.
