چکیده

مدیریت زنجیره تامین، فرآیند برنامه ریزی، اجرا و کنترل کار آمد جریان مواد اولیه، موجودی­های در جریان ساخت، محصولات نهایی و همچنین جریان اطلاعات مرتبط با آن از نقطه اولیه تا نقطه مصرف می­باشد و لذا تمامی فعالیت­های سازمان، شرکت و ... را تحت تاثیر قرار می­دهد، از این رو توجه به فرصت­ها و تهدیدهای موجود در عرصه صنعت و تجارت و ارزیابی توان صنایع و شرکت­ها در رویارویی با عدم قطعیت­ها و ریسک­های موجود ضروری بوده و مدیریت ریسک­های زنجیره تامین بسیار حائز اهمیت می­باشد. در این تحقیق ضمن ارائه یک مدل جامع و سلسله مراتبی، با تکیه بر روش ساختار شکست ریسک، پرسشنامه جامعی از ریسک‌های اصلی زنجیره تامین تهیه شده و بر اساس آن این ریسک­ها در بحث زنجیره تامین فولاد و در شرکت ذوب آهن اصفهان با استفاده از روش­های شباهت به گزینه ایده­آل، مجموع وزین ساده و تسلط تقریبی ارزیابی و رتبه­بندی شده است. در ادامه ضمن محاسبه ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن جهت تشخیص هم گرایی رتبه­های حاصل از روش­های مذکور رتبه­بندی نهایی عوامل ریسک زنجیره تأمین صنعت فولاد با استفاده از روش میانگین به دست آمد و ریسک­های مربوط به فرایند تامین و تامین کننده به­عنوان بحرانی­ترین ریسک­ها شناخته شدند.
