The limited natural resources of the Earth have presented various industries, including the dairy industry, with increasing challenges in the field of sustainable and efficient use of resources. The high consumption of water, energy, raw materials, as well as the significant production of waste and waste, especially organic waste, in this industry have exposed it to environmental pressures. In order to improve the performance of organizations, new approaches for the optimal use of resources have been introduced, one of the most important of which is the concept of circular economy. In recent years, researchers have tried to combine this concept with other management concepts to create an effective framework for improving the performance of organizations. The present study attempts to identify and model the concepts of circular economy from the perspective of the EFQM 2020 Excellence Model in the dairy industry. For this purpose, first, the key indicators of the circular economy were identified using a systematic literature review and interviews with experts, and then these indicators were classified in the EFQM framework with the help of a panel of experts. Finally, confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the accuracy of the designed model. The results obtained indicate the appropriate fit of the model and the meaningfulness of the relationships between the components. The findings of this study can be used as a model for establishing an excellence approach in the dairy industry based on a circular economy and play an effective role in formulating national and industrial policies.

Nowadays, due to technological advances, many technology recipients act as technology providers, which has created new complexities in the technology transfer process. Therefore, this study seeks to answer the question of what are the dimensions and components that affect technology transfer from the perspective of the transferor? In this study, Sandelowski and Barso's meta-synthesis qualitative approach was used. During a systematic review of 188 initial articles, 33 articles related to the research objective were finally selected. The inclusion criteria comprised articles published from the perspective of the technology provider between 2008 and 2024. The kappa coefficient was used to assess the reliability of the findings, which shows an acceptable reliability of 0.75. To validate the proposed model and increase its acceptability, review methods were used by experts in this field. The results obtained were also confirmed and reviewed by experts. Based on the findings, the most important dimensions that affect the technology transferor include 127 components in 12 main dimensions; They are categorized into laws and policies, technology absorptive capacity, culture, economic factors, cooperation and communication, technology commercialization, human resources, training, intellectual property, technology adaptation, technology assessment, technology absorption.

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a green e-government model. For this purpose, after reviewing the literature on the subject and using the opinions of experts, a survey was conducted among the subject experts using snowball sampling, and the sample size was determined by considering the theoretical saturation rule to 12 people. 34 components were identified in the form of 8 main dimensions. The main factors affecting the implementation of green e-government are: citizen relationship management, service delivery management, human resource management, event management, legal requirements, financial management, strategic management, and cultural management; then, using the fuzzy cognitive map methodology, the relationship between the factors was explained. In this direction, the concept of cultural management with a score of 1.90 has the highest impact and citizen communication management with a score of 1.68 has the highest impact. The results also showed that strategic management with the highest degree of centrality is more fundamental than other concepts. Therefore, paying attention to this concept in creating green e-government is not only an undeniable necessity but also a vital need to assist managers in all areas of decision-making and planning.

In the present era, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on all industries, including the insurance industry, is unmistakable. AI utilization aids the insurance sector in predicting various risks and, consequently, implementing appropriate management strategies. This study aimed to identify and rank applications of AI that improve the quality of insurance services . The Social Security Organization has been selected as the case study. The research is applied in nature and exploratory in methodology, conducted as a cross-sectional study. Initially, various AI applications in the insurance industry were extracted from the literature. In the second step, these data were refined with expert opinions. Subsequently, the ranking of the indicators was performed using questionnaires and multi-criteria decision-making methods. For data analysis, the FARE method was employed for weighting the indicators, followed by the formation of a decision matrix, with options ranked using the MARCOS method. According to the research findings, among the AI applications in the insurance industry, the group "Data Analysis and Processing" ranked first, "Customer Services" ranked third, and both "Cybersecurity" and "Automation" ranked fourth. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of preparing the groundwork for big data analysis.

In today’s competitive environment, organizations must differentiate themselves through innovative capabilities and strategies that confer competitive advantage, and organizational capabilities play a pivotal role in business success. Excellence models such as EFQM help identify improvement opportunities, assess internal coherence, and guide performance enhancement. Since the organizational capabilities of the Mobile Communications of Iran (MCI) have not yet been examined using the latest EFQM framework, this study aims to identify the key organizational capabilities of the new model and develop an optimization-based mathematical formulation accordingly. Employing a descriptive survey design with an applied objective, the research population comprises academic experts, organizational excellence practitioners, and MCI specialists. First, a systematic literature review was conducted to extract and categorize the most critical organizational capabilities. Second, based on expert judgment and a fuzzy inference system, causal relationships among capabilities and the excellence model were modeled. Third, quantitative modeling of each capability was achieved through mathematical equations, resulting in an integrated capability model. Finally, a genetic algorithm was applied to optimize model parameters and determine the optimal combination of capabilities for organizational excellence. The study concludes with practical recommendations for framework implementation in companies and suggestions for future research directions.

Route selection in multimodal transport networks is a key issue in transport management and planning that require advanced modeling and optimization approaches due to the multimodal nature and complexities arising from uncertainty. This study aims to develop a multi-objective mathematical model for optimal route selection in multimodal transportation networks, simultaneously minimizing transportation costs, carbon emissions, and delivery time deviations while preserving cargo value. This model, by considering time windows and uncertainty management, seeks to provide sustainable solutions to improve the transport system’s performance. In this model, transport capacity and demand are assumed fixed in each period, and costs and time are uncertain. The output of the model determines optimal routes and transport modes to achieve the defined objectives. Also, a robust optimization approach has been used to manage uncertainty and provide a model that maintains its reliability even under uncertain conditions. In order to validate the model, a numerical example of a multimodal transportation network is solved using goal programming approach. The results show that the proposed model using robust optimization has the necessary flexibility to adapt with changes and can help improve the quality of service and reduce operating costs. Also, using the robust optimization approach in a multimodal transportation network leads to increased resilience and network efficiency.

The present study aims to investigate the requirements for implementing remote work in organizations of the fifth industrial revolution era. Proper implementation of remote work depends on numerous factors, and addressing these factors can improve the process. To this end, the study employs the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), which falls under the paradigm of soft operations research and qualitative studies, and is an expert-oriented approach. The opinions of nine experienced experts were collected through semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate that role conflict, reduced work-life balance, and stress caused by social isolation were identified as major issues. Additionally, infrastructural and technological limitations, such as lack of access to high-speed internet, weak cybersecurity, absence of smart tools for home and work environments, and the costs of smartification, negatively impacted the effectiveness of remote work systems. At the organizational level, the absence of clear policies, insufficient support structures, and lack of appropriate tools for employee performance evaluation were significant challenges. Based on the analysis of results and identification of challenges in remote work systems, a set of proposed changes for improving these systems is presented. For instance, at the individual level, one of the most important priorities is providing comprehensive digital training for employees. Additionally, creating counseling and support programs to reduce employee stress and isolation is highly important. At the organizational level, focusing on developing clear remote work policies, and at the technological level, strengthening IT infrastructure are key priorities.
