In most industries the cost of raw materials and product components constitutes almost 60% percent of a product cost (in some industries up to 80%). In this condition، proper sourcing can play a key role in an organization's efficiency and effectiveness، because it has a direct effect on cost reduction، profitability and flexibility of a company. In this paper، to determine the optimal order quantity, multi supplier،multi product and during several periods، shortage and surplus،incremental discounts، multi objective and multi criteria nature of the problem، uncertainty in demand، lead time، fixed order cost، supplier quality level and every period budget are being considered. To incorporate the effective criteria in mathematical model، analytic network process approach has been used. After developing the robust multi objective mixed integer programming، a numerical example is presented. Finally, the results and suggestions for future studies are presented

Industrial clustering is of a great importance in almost every country throughout the world nowadays. In Iran, accordingly, there has been an increase in the tendency towards industrial clustering in the scientific and decision-making centers as well as the country’s development programs. The unavoidable competitive necessity is the most important issue in clustering and cluster-related policies. In fact, competitiveness is the thermometer of assessing and measuring the success of clustering. The study is devoted to review of literature under “competitiveness”. Next, industrial clusters and competitiveness assessment models in clusters is brought under deeper consideration. Later, Chabahar Fishery’s industrial cluster in the GEM model framework along with its factors used for identifying influential factors in the competitiveness of industrial clusters reviewed is introduced. GEM model is reviewed and applied to identify the important factors on competitiveness in Chabahar Fishery’s industrial cluster. Due to the large number of factors involved, factor prioritization questionnaire s were provided and passed out among experts of the Chabahar Fishery’s Industrial Cluster. Then influential factors were identified and since some of the factors were interrelated, the relative importance of these influential factors was investigated using ANP technique. Here, the prioritization of these factors was done by Super Decision software and in the end based on the acquired results, there have been proposed some strategies for the purpose of increasing competitiveness in Chabahar Fishery’s industrial cluster.

This research introduces an integrated method for ranking different service providing institutions based on their service quality level.
In this way the suitable criteria for assessing the service quality have been identified. In order to recognize the differences and gap analysis several hypotheses have been assumed. In these hypotheses we assumed that there are differences between customer expectations and his perceptions. Then these hypotheses have been investigated. An Analytical network process was used for ranking different insurance institutions based on this criteria. For these criteria are dependent.
Finally this research presents several suggestions for researchers that want to investigate this subject and presents other suggestions for improving the insurance institutions.

QFD starts with the house of quality (HOQ) which is a planning matrix translating the customer needs into measurable product technical requirements (PTRs). As with any other tool the quantum of benefits obtained from the use of QFD is proportional to the effectiveness of its use. A robust analytic method should consider the interrelationships among customer needs and PTRs while determining the importance levels of PTRs in the HOQ. This research employs the analytic network process (ANP) to fulfill this requirement. Furthermore the proposed analytic procedure should take into account the multi objective nature of the problem and thus incorporate other goals such as resource limitation extendibility and manufacturability of software technical requirements (STRs). This research presents a zero one goal programming methodology that includes importance levels of STRs derived using the ANP human resource limitation extendibility level and manufacturability level goals to determine the STRs to be considered in designing the software. Finally with regard to the result of the implemented model it is proposed some solutions for the company to reach a better software design to enhance the customer satisfaction.
