In today's competitive markets quality as a competitive advantage is important, but quality always comes with price, so cost of quality recognition and proper division has always attracted attention of many researchers in the literature. The related literature show that from the time quality costing is introduced, all attentions were to identify the different costs of quality and sometimes there were different views to these costs which have similarities in the principle of classifications. Despite to successful reports provided for implementing these methods in identifying costs of quality, it can be seen a gap in improvement processes. Although the identification of costs and improvement projects in this field, often improve the level of products and service quality and ultimately lead to increased customer satisfaction, But certainly there is a significant difference between non-optimum and optimum resource allocation in receiving results. The aim of this study is to design an approach that reach to a certain quality level in a consistent and cost less way. In this approach, after identifying the types of quality costs, difference in importance of costs is determined. The first weight comes from financial results obtained from costs identification, indeed it is the proportion of the financial load of each cost to total quality costs. Stakeholder opinion based on BSC in second weight calculating process comes into AHP as expert group.

Nowadays, customers are the most important sources of income for financial institutions and banks. According to the privatization process in the country and financial restrictions of banks, it is necessary to maintain and attract more profitable customers. Though, one of the most important methods to identify profitable customers is the concept of customer lifetime value (CLV) but it is more important to estimate customers’ future conditions because a bank`s future profitability highly depends on the customers situation. In this research, the issues about CLV, the necessity and different classification methods are presented. Then, considering weighting variables using Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) model, AHP technique, and experts opinion, customers are classified. Using Markov chain and probability matrix, the displacement of customers in different groups and their future status are predicted. One of the major outcomes of this research is the calculation of profitability matrix to predict customers’ displacement in different groups. The probability matrix can also show the reluctance of large number of customers to move to the specified groups (the highest percentage of customers in the main diameter of the probability matrix). In this research, we observed that account balance (M) has the greatest impact on customers grouping and that the number of transactions (F) and recency variable (R) are ranked as the second and third impact factors. Also, the determination coefficient (C) is another result of the research. Finally, the presented research used financial information and proposed a mathematical model (Markov chain) to calculate the probability of customers’ displacement (switching from one group to another). The proposed model can be helpful to facilitate customer relationship management process in the banking system.

Today, companies have accepted that the maintenance and repairs are profitable business elements and therefore, the role of maintenance and repairs has become more important in modern manufacturing systems.Maintenance and repair play important roles in achieving organizational goals and improving the indicators of reliability, reducing the equipment downtime, products quality, increasing productivity, safety equipment and etc. In this regard, the maintenance and repairs and their strategies have the particular importance in the industry. As a result, the main purpose of this study is selecting and ranking the best repairs and maintenance strategies using a combination of confirmatory factor analysis methods (FA), AHP and TOPSIS in oil refinery of Ray. According to that many variables such as safety, cost, added value, etc. are affective in choosing a maintenance and repairs strategy, in the present study at first has been identified these variables by the aid of literature review and experts opinion and then has been addressed to select the best maintenance strategy by AHP and TOPSIS techniques and try to offer suggestions for improving refinery maintenance system.

Economic Development of countries caused damages in environment and society. This issue created three dimensional concept for development, based on economy, society and environment that named as a sustainable development. Mining industry is one of the industries that always faced with challenges of sustainable development. Based on this issue and based on need for evaluation tools in sustainable development, this article is specified to recommending suitable tool for evaluating sustainability of development in mining industry. For this purpose after investigation of literature, balance scorecard recognized as a suitable tool, then international indicators are localized based on the expert opinion and Iran mining industry situation, and put in BSC aspects. Finally by using AHP method importance weight of BSC aspects and indicators calculated for recommending quantitative tool to mining industry organizations

New Product Development (NPD) and its significance for companies, as a new approach, have some risks, but the identification of key factors of this 'approach can be helpful in decreasing risks in managers’ decision-making. So in this research, it is tried through library studies and consulting with professors, managers and experts in departments related to product development in SAIPA Automobile Group to identify the key factors and their indicators as much as possible. So through pre-test from 12 experts, 4 key factors of technology, marketing, commercializing, and product development team management were determined and the importance of indicators were identified and 5 important indicators were chosen for each factor and 21 reliable questionnaires were gathered from 23 managers and experts in related departments (product development strategy, technical and providing-parts and marketing departments) through Analytical Hierarchical Process test approach. After compatibility ratio test, ideas were put together and the importance of factors and indicators was determined through pair comparison. Therefore respectively, marketing factor with index of Special profits in product, product development team with index of work incentives, in factor of technology consistent with new products and commercial key factor with flexibility and attention to customer needs are the most important factors in the NPD process. So, knowing and determining the priority of these factors in gathering and implementing product development strategy accelerate and facilitate the success procedure and decrease the decision-making risk.
