Millions of people encounter coronary artery disease annually, and this disease constitutes a large number of patients. Although considerable progress has been made in medical science, but the early detection of this disease is still a challenging issue. The aim of this paper is to describe developing a fuzzy expert system that will help to detect CAD at an early stage. Rules were extracted with the aid of doctors and fuzzy approach was taken to cope with the present uncertainty in the medical domain. The results indicate a high level of correct detection of normal and abnormal groups of people. The suggested methodology can help the doctors in medical diagnosis

Modifications are an integrated part of economic evolution in financial section which include reforming the capital market structure, innovating in tools and an environment with more comprehensive discipline. Two dominant schools of thought in the literature on stock markets are fundamental and technical analysis. Selection the portfolio would be so important. So we use both fundamental and technical analysis to evaluate companies' stock and then in order to form a portfolio which consider different risk states and investor’s preferences utilize Mamdani Fuzzy and mixed integer linear programming model. The reasons for the use Mamdani Fuzzy system are its capability of working in vague environment and using human knowledge and for mixed integer linear programming model is its capability in finding the optimum solution among the several available ones. The results of evaluating the performance of formed portfolio for three cases of Risk averse, Risk neutral and Risk prone investor show that the performance of proposed portfolio is positive and proper, but in a more accurate scale the formed portfolio has a more proper condition for the risk averse investor.

To achieve a competitive edge in the rapidly changing business environment, companies must align with suppliers and customers to streamlineoperations, as well as working together to achieve a level of agility beyondindividual companies. Consequently, agile supply chains are the dominantcompetitive vehicles. Due to the ambiguity of agility assessment, mostmeasures are described subjectively using linguistic terms. In this research,it is identified different dimensions of the agility. It is studied howthe PISHRANEH Company accesses the agility in its supply chain as acase study. The innovation of this paper is the simultaneous use of Fuzzyrule-based and the Fuzzy agility index approaches which it is applied forthe first time in such articles. Finally, it is represented some suggestions forthe progress of agility level of the supply chain of the company and somefor the future.

This research study aims at using Data Mining and Fuzzy Logicapproaches to classify the credit scoring of banking system applicantsas to cover uncertainties and ambiguity connected with applicantclasses and also variables that affect their behavior. The methodology, according to a standard Data Mining process, is tocollect and refine the client data, then those variables which are inlinguistic forms are converted to fuzzy variables under the supervisionof banking experts and final data are modeled using Fuzzy DecisionTree, subsequently. The unfuzzy data are also modeled using the otheralgorithms. The results of the study suggest that as far as client distinctionaccuracy is concerned Fuzzy Decision Tree produces better resultscompared to Traditional Trees, Neural Networks, and statisticalprocedures such as Logistic Regression and Bayesian Network. However, it is not as accurate as Support Vector Machine and GeneticTree. On the other hand, Fuzzy Decision Tree technique has gainedbetter prediction than prediction performance of bank credit scoringexperts.

In this article we try to collect all opinions of previous researchers in agility evaluation field and to provide a new method for evaluating agility by using Fuzzy logic. First, the structure’s agility level is evaluated by using FAI method. Due to the ranking Fuzzy numbers’ role and importance in making decisions, then the Fuzzy numbers are ranked by using central gravity point technique and Topsis. In fact, this leads to identifying those factors which caused the structure agility reduction. This method would help managers in making decisions.

Project cost estimation and actual time is one of the serious concernsof project managers. Earned Value Management is considered as atechnique for answering two following questions: how long does ittake to complete a project? How much does the project cost? ProjectPerformance Evaluation can only be predicated based on previousdata and knowledge in the present dealings of earned value and itsfuture conditions and prospects would not be categorically realized.Although there are many proposed methods to solve these boundaries, there is not a method encompassing all uncertainties and futureconditions. This paper aims at introducing a new method using timelimits, costs and project performance in fuzzy logic to determine theearned value indexes. Risk factors are added to the Fuzzy logics inorder to obtaining the precise estimation in predicting the finaloutcomes of the project. This paper provides a brief introductionregarding the current methods followed by investigation on Fuzzymethodology and risk factors. Finally, the offered model is proposed, defined and supported by means of an example

In today's business world, agility is considered as one of the most important characteristics in competitive industries. Hence, this study presents a new approach toward promoting organizational agility in companies and institutions. The proposed approach is based on the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique, and, is accomplished by constructing two House of Quality (HOQ) Sequentially. As the first step, the most important competitive bases related to desired industry, should be identified.
The second step is allocated to identify and strengthen those agile attributes which are needed for the company in order to achieve the competitive bases. Finally, as the third Step, proper agile enablers that are suitable tools to achieve the mentioned agile attributes, identified and being exploited.
As a result, the organization can attain market competitive bases relying on a set of appropriate agile enablers related to its specialized field of activity.
In this paper, the whole scaffold exploits fuzzy logic to translate linguistics judgements of experts into numerical values.
Eventually, an illustrative example, grounded on data available in literature, is presented and discussed to investigate the proposed approach analytically.

Data envelopment analysis model is a model for calculating the efficiency of decision making units (DMUs). In previous models there are some weaknesses that the most important one is changing weights of inputs and outputs in model that lead to evaluate efficiencies of DMUs with different weights. The important subject is that How we should evaluate all of decision making units with one set of weights and optimize their efficiencies simultaneously. This paper aims to present a new model that eliminates the weaknesses of previous models. Odeveloped model is designed based on multi objective decision making models and this model is solved with fuzzy solution method of multi objective decision making models and leads to creating common weights. The main object of research that was better ranking of DMUs rather than basic models have been done by using this model and this is showed with solving the model on an example.

Tending to customer rightly overtax, Organizations gain new customers and keep their satisfaction, therefore based on created competition, organization and companies should seeking suitable ways to customer’s absorption and maintenance. Thus it is vital for business success and it not succeed unless customer satisfaction measurement and continues profitability. Furthermore, the satisfaction measurement available method are up crisp range, whereas loyalty measurement indexes are fuzzy, unclear and verbal which be able to say totally, measurement in fuzzy logic is more efficient.
The paper main goal is customers satisfaction measurement in Roozane Dairying Company which can use from research results all of manufacturer and service companies, further, applied goals of this research are: Customers Satisfaction, Fuzzy measuring effective factors on creating Roozane dairying Customers Satisfaction, prioritize effective factors on Roozane dairying customer satisfaction, comparing and comprehensive survey of results of Fuzzy logic and classic logic techniques, documenting practical solution for practicing effective factors on keeping customers and creating customers satisfaction. There are |Four hypothesizes in the research to goal achievement so after suing statistical techniques and analyzing data in both Fuzzy and classic methods by SPSS software, resulting to: to pass all of hypothesizes, finally, suggested some offers for future researches.

In today’s dynamic and uncertain environment responsiveness is one of the most important priorities and characteristics of manufacturing organizations. Responsiveness is a multidimensional concept and vague notion. For this reason we are often facing many problems when assessing it.
Thus, in this paper we explain a knowledge-based methodology for the measurement and assessment of organizational responsiveness. At first, we explain responsiveness dimensions (Strategic Alignment, People, Process and Technology). In the next stage we will use the knowledge that is presented via "IF {fuzzy antecedents} THEN {fuzzy consequents} rules", to assess organizational responsiveness.
