Abstract For performance evaluation of supply chain, having a comprehensive
model with reliable data is useful. This can help to improve the entire
chain. In this paper a model is presented, according to the nature of
network and multi-stage supply chain, that able to evaluate the
performance of the entire chain in the form of a mathematical mode
land using the financial, knowledge, participation and response
measures of the supply chain. In the first part, Indicator sat three
levels; strategic, process and operational, considered and survey the
model verification with Factor Analysis. In the second part, Network
data envelopment analysis model is used. This paper is the result of
research related to supply chain of pharmaceutical companies in
Tehran Stock Exchange and 115 expert sand senior executive shave
been questioned as sample. There search results show that strategic
level with a weight of 0.98 is the most important performance level
and Process and operational levels are respectively 0.97 and 0.87
weight. 4chainsof 28 chains studied, have a complete performance and
0.43 is the lowest observed performance.
Group decision making based Abstract on novel trapezoidal intuitionist fuzzy TOPSIS
Pages 35-54
Emad Roghanian, Fatemeh Mojibian
Abstract In this paper, a novel intuitionist fuzzy TOPSIS method for group
decision making will be presented. In this method the preference
values for an alternative on criteria and the weight values of criteria
are given by experts, using linguistic values of trapezoidal intuitionist
fuzzy numbers, and weights of decision makers’ opinions are
unknown. In proposed method, expected values and weighted
averaging operator for trapezoidal intuitionist fuzzy numbers are used
to induce the weight values of criteria and decision makers’ opinions.
Then an algorithm for ranking alternatives is presented under
trapezoidal intuitionist fuzzy environment. Finally, using a numerical
example, the efficiency of new extended TOPSIS method is
investigated.

Abstract In this paper, a nonlinear multi objective mathematical model for
crashing the PERT network is presented. The main purpose of this
model is minimizing the pessimistic time of critical activities by
allocating more budget. In fact, this model indicates how the budget is
allocated among critical activities. The results show that decreasing
the pessimistic of critical activities lead to decreasing the time and
variance of project completion. This model increases the probability
of project completion on time scheduling. A genetic algorithm is use
to solve the nonlinear model

Abstract One of the solutions for solving cutting stock problem in different
industries, such as sheet metal, lumber, glass, paper and textile, is
applying ,Particle Swarm Optimization to minimize the waste of
rawmaterials. This article is intended to solve two-dimensional cutting
problem. In these problems, larger rectangular plates, divided into
smaller rectangularsegments, aim to minimizing the number of used
plates or the waste of plates by considering demand. In this article
PSO is used. To enhance the efficiency of algorithm, and preventing
overlap in cutting problem, the CUL algorithm is used. In order to
investigate the results of algorithm, new software has been designed.
This software has two ways for solving the problem. First, it ends up
with optimized cutting pattern considering the number and dimension
of segments and, length and width of main plate. Also, there is a
possibility to give different width to software, in this case, the
software gives the user the optimum cutting pattern and optimum
length of main plate in addition to optimum width

Abstract Up to now, many efforts have been done for creation of an enterprise
performance measurement model by researchers and organization,
nevertheless the problem is neglected performance value. The
performance of functional and processes should be seen in organization
at the same time. In this study retrospective research of performance was
done and proposes a cross process/function oriented performances
measurement model. This model able to measure both values from
functional and processes performance in organization.
In order to accomplish this, in the first step all process and functions in
pharmaceutical industry were established according to literature review.
The second step was field study with help of experts to find the most
effective processes and functions. This is followed by define key factors
and critical success factor with respect to every process or function from
past researches.
Development of network location in the state of Uncertainty (ROBUST State)

Abstract This research investigates issues relating to facilities location which
covers network design under the conditions of uncertainty and robust
state. In this direction a model is developed in which lack of certainty
is taken into consideration regarding parameters such as demand and
various costs. Unlike the classical methods that the structure of
network is predefined and is predetermined, the facilities location
makes decisions with respect to the structure of the network.
The discussed issue in many real and actual applications such as roads
network, communication systems and etc does exist and locating the
facilities and designing the main network simultaneously are
considered as important factors; therefore redesigning and
optimization of models which look for simultaneous solutions seem
essential. There have been various strategies in the literature of
uncertainty optimization. Two of the most important strategies are the
“Probabilistic Optimization” and “Robust Optimization”.
This article employs the robust optimization to resolve the uncertainty
and the modelization arguments. Moreover using random samples, the
developed model is validated and for further mathematical analysis is
utilized

Abstract Project cost estimation and actual time is one of the serious concerns
of project managers. Earned Value Management is considered as a
technique for answering two following questions: how long does it
take to complete a project? How much does the project cost? Project
Performance Evaluation can only be predicated based on previous
data and knowledge in the present dealings of earned value and its
future conditions and prospects would not be categorically realized.
Although there are many proposed methods to solve these boundaries,
there is not a method encompassing all uncertainties and future
conditions. This paper aims at introducing a new method using time
limits, costs and project performance in fuzzy logic to determine the
earned value indexes. Risk factors are added to the Fuzzy logics in
order to obtaining the precise estimation in predicting the final
outcomes of the project. This paper provides a brief introduction
regarding the current methods followed by investigation on Fuzzy
methodology and risk factors. Finally, the offered model is proposed,
defined and supported by means of an example
