For performance evaluation of supply chain, having a comprehensivemodel with reliable data is useful. This can help to improve the entirechain. In this paper a model is presented, according to the nature ofnetwork and multi-stage supply chain, that able to evaluate theperformance of the entire chain in the form of a mathematical modeland using the financial, knowledge, participation and responsemeasures of the supply chain. In the first part, Indicator sat threelevels; strategic, process and operational, considered and survey themodel verification with Factor Analysis. In the second part, Networkdata envelopment analysis model is used. This paper is the result ofresearch related to supply chain of pharmaceutical companies inTehran Stock Exchange and 115 expert sand senior executive shavebeen questioned as sample. There search results show that strategiclevel with a weight of 0.98 is the most important performance leveland Process and operational levels are respectively 0.97 and 0.87weight. 4chainsof 28 chains studied, have a complete performance and0.43 is the lowest observed performance.

In this paper, a novel intuitionist fuzzy TOPSIS method for groupdecision making will be presented. In this method the preferencevalues for an alternative on criteria and the weight values of criteriaare given by experts, using linguistic values of trapezoidal intuitionistfuzzy numbers, and weights of decision makers’ opinions areunknown. In proposed method, expected values and weightedaveraging operator for trapezoidal intuitionist fuzzy numbers are usedto induce the weight values of criteria and decision makers’ opinions. Then an algorithm for ranking alternatives is presented undertrapezoidal intuitionist fuzzy environment. Finally, using a numericalexample, the efficiency of new extended TOPSIS method isinvestigated.

In this paper, a nonlinear multi objective mathematical model forcrashing the PERT network is presented. The main purpose of thismodel is minimizing the pessimistic time of critical activities byallocating more budget. In fact, this model indicates how the budget isallocated among critical activities. The results show that decreasingthe pessimistic of critical activities lead to decreasing the time andvariance of project completion. This model increases the probabilityof project completion on time scheduling. A genetic algorithm is useto solve the nonlinear model

One of the solutions for solving cutting stock problem in differentindustries, such as sheet metal, lumber, glass, paper and textile, isapplying ,Particle Swarm Optimization to minimize the waste ofrawmaterials. This article is intended to solve two-dimensional cuttingproblem. In these problems, larger rectangular plates, divided intosmaller rectangularsegments, aim to minimizing the number of usedplates or the waste of plates by considering demand. In this articlePSO is used. To enhance the efficiency of algorithm, and preventingoverlap in cutting problem, the CUL algorithm is used. In order toinvestigate the results of algorithm, new software has been designed. This software has two ways for solving the problem. First, it ends upwith optimized cutting pattern considering the number and dimensionof segments and, length and width of main plate. Also, there is apossibility to give different width to software, in this case, thesoftware gives the user the optimum cutting pattern and optimumlength of main plate in addition to optimum width

Up to now, many efforts have been done for creation of an enterpriseperformance measurement model by researchers and organization, nevertheless the problem is neglected performance value. Theperformance of functional and processes should be seen in organizationat the same time. In this study retrospective research of performance wasdone and proposes a cross process/function oriented performancesmeasurement model. This model able to measure both values fromfunctional and processes performance in organization. In order to accomplish this, in the first step all process and functions inpharmaceutical industry were established according to literature review. The second step was field study with help of experts to find the mosteffective processes and functions. This is followed by define key factorsand critical success factor with respect to every process or function frompast researches.

This research investigates issues relating to facilities location whichcovers network design under the conditions of uncertainty and robuststate. In this direction a model is developed in which lack of certaintyis taken into consideration regarding parameters such as demand andvarious costs. Unlike the classical methods that the structure ofnetwork is predefined and is predetermined, the facilities locationmakes decisions with respect to the structure of the network. The discussed issue in many real and actual applications such as roadsnetwork, communication systems and etc does exist and locating thefacilities and designing the main network simultaneously areconsidered as important factors; therefore redesigning andoptimization of models which look for simultaneous solutions seemessential. There have been various strategies in the literature ofuncertainty optimization. Two of the most important strategies are the“Probabilistic Optimization” and “Robust Optimization”.This article employs the robust optimization to resolve the uncertaintyand the modelization arguments. Moreover using random samples, thedeveloped model is validated and for further mathematical analysis isutilized

Project cost estimation and actual time is one of the serious concernsof project managers. Earned Value Management is considered as atechnique for answering two following questions: how long does ittake to complete a project? How much does the project cost? ProjectPerformance Evaluation can only be predicated based on previousdata and knowledge in the present dealings of earned value and itsfuture conditions and prospects would not be categorically realized.Although there are many proposed methods to solve these boundaries, there is not a method encompassing all uncertainties and futureconditions. This paper aims at introducing a new method using timelimits, costs and project performance in fuzzy logic to determine theearned value indexes. Risk factors are added to the Fuzzy logics inorder to obtaining the precise estimation in predicting the finaloutcomes of the project. This paper provides a brief introductionregarding the current methods followed by investigation on Fuzzymethodology and risk factors. Finally, the offered model is proposed, defined and supported by means of an example
