چکیده

هدف این مقاله تدوین الگوی انعطاف‌پذیری تولید در صنایع غذایی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی است. در بخش پژوهش کیفی، روش داده بنیاد ابزاری برای ساخت مدل مفهومی انعطاف‌پذیری تولید می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این بخش، شامل 20 نفر از خبرگان آشنا به موضوع انعطاف‌پذیری تولید است. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی، روش گلوله ‌برفی می‌باشد. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این بخش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، فرایند سه‌مرحله‌ای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی می‌باشد. نتایج این بخش نشان دهنده مدل پارادایم انعطاف‌پذیری تولید است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بر اساس مقوله‌های فرعی و مفاهیم بدست آمده از مرحله‌ کیفی می‌باشد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در این بخش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری است. نمونه آماری در این بخش 201 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های صنایع غذایی در استان آذربایجان‌شرقی می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که پویایی محیطی، افزایش توان رقابتی و دسترسی به بازار‌های جدید از جمله علل نیاز به انعطاف‌پذیری تولید است که در این راه خودکارسازی و تولید به موقع از راهبردهای صنایع برای دستیابی به انعطاف‌پذیری تولید تلقی می‌گردند؛ این عوامل دارای اثر مستقیم بر افزایش عملکرد سازمانی و رضایت مشتری به عنوان پیامدهای انعطاف‌پذیری است. نتایج همچنین نشان می‌دهد که مداخله‌گرهایی مانند عوامل مدیریتی، توانمندی مالی و .. می-توانند راهبردها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this article is to develop a model of manufacturing flexibility in the food industry. The present research is a mixed qualitative and quantitative research method. In qualitative research, the Grounded theory method is a tool for building a conceptual model of manufacturing flexibility. The statistical sample of this section includes 20 experts familiar with the subject of manufacturing flexibility. The sampling method in the qualitative section is the Snowball Sampling method. The method of data collection in this part of the interview is semi-structured. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part is a three-step process of open, axial and selective coding. The results of this section show the model of manufacturing flexibility paradigm. The data collection tool in the quantitative part is a researcher-made questionnaire based on sub-categories and concepts obtained from the qualitative stage. The method of data analysis in this section is confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The statistical sample in this section is 201 managers of food industry companies in East Azerbaijan province. The results show that environmental dynamics, increasing competitiveness and access to new markets are among the reasons for the need for manufacturing flexibility, in which automation and timely production are considered as industry strategies to achieve manufacturing flexibility; These factors have a direct effect on increasing organizational performance and customer satisfaction as a consequence of flexibility. The results also show that intervenors such as managerial factors, financial capability, etc. can influence strategies.
