Nowadays, most supply chains are starting to go green in their business with pay more attention to environmental protection as competitive advantage. Therefore, Designing a two-stage green supply chain for optimum assignment a green supplier to a green producer based on maximum efficiency and attention to intermediate products and processes is essential. Because, economic performance and environmental performance of the supply chain will increases. One of the methods used to evaluating efficiency in the green supply chain management, is data envelopment analysis (DEA). The traditional DEA methods for evaluating efficiency of supply chain processes and multi-stage systems not working properly, Because, each decision making units is assumed as a black box and ignore its internal processes. In order to overcome this deficiency, a novel two-stage network DEA will be presented based on the concepts of Electrical Engineering that ability to consider all inputs, Intermediate products, desirable and undesirable outputs between supplier and producer in the green supply chain for optimum assignment a supplier to producer based on maximum efficiency. The proposed model has been described by an application example and Its reliability has been confirmed.

In nowadays market, the increased level of competitiveness and uneven fall of the product/service demands are pushing enterprises to make key efforts for optimization of their process management. It involves collaboration in multiple dimensions including information sharing, capacity planning, and reliability among players. One of the most important dimensions of the supply chain network is to determine its optimal operating conditions incurring minimum total costs. However, this is even a tough job due to the complexities inherit the dynamic interaction among multiple facilities and locations. In order to resolve these complexities and to identify the optimal operating conditions, we have proposed a hybrid approach via integrating the simulation technique, Taguchi method, robust multiple non-linear regression analysis and the Harmony Search algorithm, which is the main contribution of the research. In the first experiment, design concepts are used to define a number of scenarios for the supply chain. Then each of these scenarios is implemented in a simulated environment. The results of the simulation used to estimate the relationship between the chain and chain cost factors. This relationship can be used to optimize the supply chain which minimizes the system costs. This research provides a framework to understand the intricacies of the dynamics and interdependency among the various factors involved in the supply chain. It provides guidelines to the manufacturers for the selection of appropriate plant capacity and proposes a justified strategy for delayed differentiation.

Today, vital infrastructure of security systems, are at risk of deliberate attacks and to provide the necessary preparations and an appropriate response to the attacks, strengthening the vital infrastructure is considered. In this paper, a special type of strengthening the vital infrastructure is discussed that in which before they are constructed, there would be planning about strengthening them. The case is formulated as a two-level planning that in high level, the defender is looking for minimizing the total cost, considering which facilities are built, and each facility, in terms of pre-attack, services which costumer and in terms of post-attack, how many defenders assigned to each facility. While at a low level, (the attacker) is looking for imposing the maximum cost to the system considering which facility and at what level of severity, is attacked. To resolve the case, a meta-heuristic ways based on simulated annealing method suggested and by solving an example and compare its results with the results of the exact solution, the effectiveness of the method has been tested.

Nowadays, banking industry analogous with another industries has been encountered with digital transformation. Such transformation stemmed from convergence technologies. The underpinning point of convergency in such technologies is employing multi-channel services in order to delightful and remarkable customer experience. Based on the importance of customer experience, multi-channel services in banking industry has assumed significance attention among banking practitioners and scholars. Consequently, delivering services through different, aligned and complementary channels pointed as strategic requirement in banking industry. Accordingly, this study seeks to develop a framework for value creation for multi-channel services in banking. To accomplish such an objective, utilizing content analysis technique, 47 articles published in the realm of multi-channel services in banking in the period 2004 to 2019 considered and assessed. The findings suggest that a value creation framework for multi-channel services in banking must consider different factors such as: beliefs about intelligent financial behaviors, customer enablers, intelligent norms, intelligent tasks and intelligent technologies.

The speed of competitiveness and organizational innovation, specifically with respect to corporate sustainability improving functions and environmental stress on manufacturing companies in predicting economic, social, and ecological advantages of their processes and products, significantly increased in the recent decade. This condition faced all manufacturing companies across the world with a new challenge, making them try not only to maintain their current competitive status by developing and implementing sustainable production tools, but also to follow a sustainable progress that considers social, economic, and environmental matters at the same time. This study focused on business sustainability with a new perspective in industrial symbiosis, and tried to develop a sustainable production model through identifying different dimensions of sustainable production from managerial viewpoints of successful manufacturing companies in Semnan Province, Iran. To this end, managers of 33 successful companies across the province with at least five-year continuous work experience were interviewed, using the repertory grid technique. As a result, 33 single individual repertory grids and 175 initial individual constructs of sustainable production were fabricated. Finally, the sustainable collective grid of sustainable production, including 87 secondary constructs within 11 sections were drawn and analyzed through cluster analysis in SPSS. At the end, a sustainable production model with 11 pivots and 87 constructs within 4 sections, along with four production strategies (economic production, lean production, green production, and sustainable production) were proposed

By increasing attention to environmental issues, the problem of design closed-loop supply chain has been more important. The integrated design of closed-loop supply chains as one of the most important issues in the management of supply chains involve determining the location and number of required facilities (production, collection, recycling and disposal) in the forward and reverse supply chain, inventories in every facility and flows between them. In this paper, a closed-loop supply chain with diverse products (multi-product) has been studied and a linear bi-objective mathematical model is proposed to reduce the total costs and the emissions in the network with determining the strategic and operational variables. Because of the uncertainty in parameters of proposed model such as customer demands or returns, the proposed model under uncertainty (robust optimization) is developed. The closed-loop supply chain of glass bottles is studied and modeled to minimize the total costs and production of carbon dioxide by proposed model. Finally, a sensitivity analysis of robust optimization model was conducted.

Shift scheduling is one of the production planning processes that develop organization and workforces by providing optimized time table. In this study we tried to present mathematical model with minimization function of human errors regarding human factor engineering. Learning, forgetting, fatigue and rest are important factors which increase or decrease human errors and is modeled here. Provided model is nonlinear integer model. To investigate model and study human factors we solved small instances with different parameters in three categories: easy tasks, medium and hard tasks. To solve model we used LINGO software. Results indicated that shift schedules are different regarding different human parameters. With increasing difficulty of tasks and decreasing learning, rest breaks were closer to start of working shift. With decreasing difficulty of tasks and increasing learning, optimized schedule close to schedule without rest breaks. Also results showed that we can use the model to optimize human reliability, and organizations can define optimized shift schedules with considering task types and human parameters.
