Performance evaluation is a systematic review that helps organizations to achieve their goals. This study evaluates and ranks Yazd Science and Technology Park’s high-tech firms, using integration Data Envelopment Analysis into Six Sigma methodology. In this study a combination of both methods is used to propose more effective and efficient performance evaluation framework. By studying research literature in the field of Science and Technology Park’s firms’ performance evaluation and using Fuzzy Delphi, Effective criteria for measuring the performance of Yazd Science and Technology Park’s firms are identified, then by reviewing research literature and experts’ opinions, inputs and outputs of DEA model are identified. Then, by using combining DMAIC circle and DEA, an inclusive approach for In the analysis phase of Six Sigma evaluating performance is suggested. process ranking of firms is identified using DEA scores. This research helps firms’ managers to find the effective criteria on their performance and how they can improve these factors and control its impacts.

Entrepreneurship risks are the most important titles in the implementation process of new businesses, which must be considered by entrepreneurs. Not considering the entrepreneurship risks, can face the new businesses by the hazard of non-realization of the accepted results. But as the risks are associated to uncertainty and the success or failure of the new business is probable, thus a mechanism must be concerned regarding its importance. The target of this study is to survey and prioritize entrepreneurship risks of the Gharzolhasaneh Funds under uncertainty, so that after determining the most important risks, we can consider the safe control acts to decrease their effects. Thus in this paper, a hybrid approach by Todim technique and gray numbers theory is proposed, so that it is used for prioritizing the entrepreneurship risks of Gharzolhasaneh Funds. The obtained results for problem of prioritizing the entrepreneurship risks of Gharzolhasaneh Funds confirm that the most important risk for these institutions is inefficiency of the Funds’ managers and personnel

Abstract: In response to bankruptcy of several small and medium enterprises(SMEs) in Mazandaran province, this research is conducted to identify the internal key factors that affect the performance of this enterprises. Based on our rigorous literature review in the field of SMEs, a conceptual model with eleven dimensions was developed. According to the model, a questionnaire with 108 questions was designed and distributed between the managing directors of 209 SMEs of Mazandaran province. The gathered data were encoded and afterwards analyzed using SPSS, Excel, and Lisrel software. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test confirmed that the selection of the members were randomly performed.., The reliability of research tools was approved by Cronbach Alpha experiment with a stability coefficient of 0.94. Friedman test has been performed to determine the priorityof all of the questions. T- test did show use measure all of the earned 11 factors subject literature in the small and medium enterprise Mazandaran county. And finally influencing of the Dimension of the research were confirm by the structural equation modeling with Root Mean Square Error of Approximation(RMSEA). The results show that the organizational strategy with 0.10 has the must has the highest impact on the performance of the SMEs.

Today supply chains are working in an environment that are seeking improvement and decreasing costs and applying alternatives and strategies based on this direction. Lean strategy in one them which helps supply chains for elimination of wastes as the main aim. So, this research aims to design a model for lean supply chain with the emphasis on police environment. This is an analytic-descriptive research from the point of method and practical from the point of end. The statistical population is all managers and specialists of supply chain in Naja and 101 samples were choosed by random sampling. In this research, after designing conceptual model, we applied a researcher made questioner for gathering information and structural equation and PLS software and Friedman test were applied for considering the affections and ranking. The results showed that the dimensions of Naja lean supply chain pattern are as bellow: managerial, production and service, strategic, suppliers and customer orientation

Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the most important competitive strategies used by modern companies. The main goal of supply chain management is integration different suppliers to fulfill market demand. Therefore, evaluation and selection of suppliers has critical role and significant effect on supply chain management. This paper presents hybrid model based on clustering approach and suppliers' selection. At first, K-harmonic means clustering method which is one of the most popular methods in clustering analysis is used for clustering suppliers. Then, according to theoutput of clustering, a multi-objective model is considered to select the best supplier. Since the model belongs to the class of NP-hard optimization problems, two meta-heuristic algorithms named Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGAII) and Non-dominated Ranked Genetic Algorithm (NRGA) is used for solving model in reasonable time. Computational results show that the clustering analysis can be considered as an effective way to the suppliers' selection. Also, several data sets are applied to evaluate the effect of clustering analysis on suppliers' selection

Actual scheduling problems may necessitate the decision maker to consider a variety of criteria prior to make any decision. This research considers a single machine scheduling problem, with the objective of minimizing a combination of total tardiness and waiting time variance criteria in which the idle time is not allowed. Minimizing total tardiness is always regarded as one of the most important performance criteria in practical systems to avoid penalty costs of tardiness and waiting time variance is an important criterion in establishing Quality of Service (QoS) in many systems. Each of these criteria is known to be NP-hard and therefore the linear combination of them will be NP-hard as well. For this problem, we developed a genetic algorithm by utilizing its general structure. Two types of heuristic and random initial population and two distinct fitness functions are applied to genetic algorithms. The GA is shown experimentally to perform well by testing on various instances.

The aim of this article is identify the factors that have effect on competitive intelligence, competitive ability and industrial competitiveness in Lorestan industrial estates and survey the effect of competitive intelligence on competitive ability and industrial competitiveness in Lorestan industrial estate. The research objective was applied and the research type was analytical survey. The statistical population was made up of over of firms and factory that work in Lorestan industrial estates. People the sample size was 140 cases which were obtained using random sampling - stratification. The validity of questionnaire was proved using content validity method and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha. In this article to test hypothesis and conceptual model structural equation approach and Amos 18 software were used. The result show that competitive intelligence have significant effect on competitive ability and industrial competitiveness in Lorestan industrial estates. Also the results show that the factors that have effect on competitive intelligence are market intelligence, competitor intelligence, technologic intelligence and strategic intelligence. In added to the factors that have effect on competitive ability identified are organizational performance, HR management, costumer and technologic and innovation management. Also the results show that market oriented performance, costumer oriented performance, and competitor’s oriented performance and internal performance have effect on industrial competitiveness.
