Nowadays attending to closed-loop supply chain matter for survival in competitive circumstances not only has been become a controversial topic but also has been considered as a critical topic too. Close loop supply chain has combined to direct and reverse flow (method/ manner). This paper’s goal is presenting a model for inventory control in closed loop supply chain by multiple objective approach. This research intends to reach it's main goal including reduce expenses such as production, maintenance, transportation in direct flow also decrease the waste material and defective in reverse flow and in conclusion increase the company’s profit by desingning and optimizing multiple objective model. Hence a double purpose model in closed-loop supply chain consists three classes direct flow in which conclude suppliers, manufactures and customers. Furthermore this consists four classes in reverse flow that concludes: collection centers, inspection, repair centers, recycling centers and disposal centers. According to the article’s model, which is multipurpose, linear and integer, At the beginning the model convert to single objective by Weighting and Constraint method and then is solved by using Branch and bound algorithm and Lingo software. Finally, the model extended in Iran Khodro Company as a study case and its function validated. Results and output of model solving demonstrate its capability to be useful for planning and inventory control in closed-loop supply chain.

Undesirable outputs are an integral part of production in various decision-making units, and to bring analyses closer to the real world, it is necessary to consider, undesirable outputs in performance evaluation research. In this paper, a new hybrid model for evaluating the efficiency of decision-making units in the oil industry is presented, which uses slack-based data envelopment analysis techniques and advanced machine learning algorithms. The proposed model specifically focuses on improving efficiency considering undesirable outputs and conditions of uncertainty. Three machine learning algorithms including artificial neural networks, support vector machines, and XGBoost are used to predict and improve the results of slack-based models. This study involves the evaluation of 37 decision-making units within the National Petroleum Products Distribution Company, and the results show a significant improvement in efficiency using predicted data compared to actual data. This research not only contributes to new perspectives in efficiency evaluation and improvement but also offers innovative hybrid methods to address challenges in operational management.

Supplier selection and order allocation is one of the most important issues in supply chain management, which can have a significant impact on the overall performance and efficiency of an organization. This research presents a new approach based on group decision-making to deal with this problem. Firstly, the evaluation outputs of decision-makers are converted into interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets using a quantitative procedure. Then, based on these fuzzy elements, the CRITIC method is employed to determine the weights of the criteria. Using the Einstein weighted geometric aggregation operator and the extracted weights, the final performance of each supplier is calculated as an interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set. In the next step, a multi-objective model is formulated considering the order allocation parameters and the obtained performances from the suppliers. Finally, the fuzzy programming technique is used to solve the multi-objective model. To analyze the efficiency of the proposed approach, a practical example based on environmental criteria is considered, and a sensitivity analysis is performed on the criteria weights to evaluate the reasonableness and efficiency of the results. The obtained results indicate the performance of the proposed approach in solving the supplier selection and order allocation problem.

One of the most critical decisions in the supply chain is pricing, playing a vital role in the profitability of the entire supply chain. In this research, a two-tier green supply chain is considered, comprising a producer and a retailer, where two types of products, standard and green, are produced. The demand for products is determined as a certain linear function of product prices, delivery time in the online channel, the level of green quality, advertising intensity, and information tracing level. Green products are sold through the online channel, while standard products are distributed through traditional retail channels. The government provides subsidies for the production of green products and the implementation of blockchain technology. The decision-making problem is approached through two centralized and decentralized models. In the decentralized model, a Stackelberg game is employed, with the producer leading the decision-making process. In the centralized model, all supply chain members make decisions in a unified manner. The results indicate that the centralized model yields the highest profitability for the supply chain. Additionally, in the centralized model, all products are observed to have the lowest prices.

This study aims to propose an innovative content-driven interactive marketing model with a customer knowledge management approach, considering causal, contextual, and intervening variables in the steel industry of the country based on the grounded theory method. In this research, 98 factors related to content-driven marketing and the research variables were identified through interviews with experts and senior managers in the steel industry. The relevant constructs for each variable were presented using open, axial, and selective coding methods. Subsequently, based on the analysis of data obtained from the questionnaire, factor loadings and composite reliability for the research variables were calculated using confirmatory factor analysis with the PLS technique, yielding values above 0.4 and 0.7, respectively. Consequently, the validity of each construct related to the factors, strategies, and outcomes of the research model was confirmed. Next, using structural equation modeling and the estimation of the final model, the causal factors, contextual factors, customer knowledge management strategy, and intervening factors were confirmed as having the first to fourth positions in terms of their impact on content-driven interactive marketing in the final research model. Finally, while presenting the research model with an overall goodness-of-fit at a desirable level, attention is recommended to the effects and outcomes of the model, including internal and corporate outcomes, competitive advantage, brand experience management, and customer and market outcomes.

Nowadays, due to the special position that the home appliance industry has in creating employment, production boom and value creation in the country's economy, it is necessary and necessary to examine the issue of financing chain in this industry and the purpose of the research is to identify the factors that are effective in improving The performance of the financing chain in the home appliance industry. The research method is a combination (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part is the library resources that were used for the analysis of the theme, and in the quantitative part, it includes senior managers and experts active in the field of supply chain, especially the financing department in the home appliance industry of Alborz province, who were 183 people based on Cochran's formula. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to validate and fit the research model. In the findings, 13 comprehensive topics were identified, which were presented in the framework of the financing chain model of the home appliances industry. The results showed that all factor loadings are significant at the 95% confidence level. The findings confirm the fit of the model and confirm the research hypotheses. The results showed that the components of the context are contextual and are analyzed in line with the measures and strategies of the financing chain, and the content components are focused and play a role in realizing the goals of the financing chain of the home appliance industry.

Exploitation centers have a vital role not only in the oil and gas industry but also in many other industries, and are considered one of the most important export factors in the country's income generation. However, heavy crude oil exploitation and refining operations have seen significant transformations due to product changes to meet market demand and environmental regulations. In this study, a fuzzy network model has been designed to evaluate the efficiency of the country's oil and gas exploitation centers based on undesirable outputs in the oil exploitation centers of Khuzestan province. In this research, to evaluate the effectiveness of the studied centers, the network data coverage analysis was used, and toxic gases such as CO2 and SO2 were determined as the undesirable outputs of each stage. The results of the data analysis of 9 centers showed that none of the units had an efficiency of 1. Among them, the highest efficiency related to unit 1 was 0.8244; the lowest efficiency was related to unit 2 with an efficiency number of 0.6868; and unit 3 with an efficiency number of 0.6701. and unit 7 with an efficiency number of 0.6265. One of the most important reasons for the inefficiency of the mentioned units is related to sanctions for the purchase of machinery and equipment associated with the exploitation of crude oil and the production of pure oil and gas from materials extracted from underground.
