Nowadays evaluation system existence is necessary because of wondrous changes in management knowledge. None existence of evaluation system in the different organization dimensions especially in the level of managers is one of the signals that shows the organization problem. The aim of this research is combing of 360degree method and technical VIKOR for evaluating performance. The statically society in this research is included from13persons of Research Center managers. Performance evaluation criteria are prepared from expert opinions with Delphi method and visionary basis. Questioner's perpetuity is supported with Cronbach's alpha correlation (0.92). Achieving the managers' suitable ranking is the result of combing 360degree method and technical VIKOR that the capability of it is proved in research center. The total of the subordinates and self-evaluator idea is equal to the superior ideas. Using of the weight stability intervals formula in other MADM technique for criteria weights sensitivity analysis is completely similar with reality decision making environment.

Estimating the optimal number of clusters in an unsupervisedpartitioning of data sets has been a challenging area in recent years. These indices usually use two criteria called compactness andseparation to evaluate the efficiency of the performed clustering. Inthis paper a new separation measure for ECAS cluster validity index, proposed by Fazel et al. [1] is identified, which uses Jaccard distancein order to consider the whole shape of clusters. Jaccard distance usesthe size of intersection and union of fuzzy sets, giving the clustervalidity index more information about the overlap and separation ofclusters. This property results in high robustness of the proposed indexdealing with various degrees of fuzziness in comparison with ECAS.To test the efficiency of the proposed index in comparison with nineother indices existing in the literature, 15 data sets (3 existing datasetsand 12 artificial data sets) have been used. Computational resultsindicate robustness and high capability of the proposed index incomparison with previous indices

Inventory classification is one of important techniques in inventory controlcontext. Managers have to classify inventories because of their variety andhigh volume. So a stream of research has been to attempt to find methodsthat increase the management control by determining the number of inventoryclasses. In this paper the multiple objective particle swarm optimizationalgorithm has been used. This algorithm has been presented by Chi-Yang Tsaiand Szu-Wei Yeh in 2008. Multiple objective particle swarm optimization algorithmis an evolutionary algorithm that enables the management to optimizemultiple objectives simultaneously. Minimizing costs of inventory holdingand ordering and maximizing inventory turnover ratios are this model’s objectives. We write the software program of this model and then test it on a sampleof 100 items. Results show that this algorithm can decrease costs of holding &ordering and also increase the inventory turnover ratios significantly.

Creating value for stakeholders with maximum productivity is a goal obtained by lean enterprise. In this paper designing comprehensive and valid assessment model is observed for lean enterprise, after reviewing literature and comparing assessment models of lean enterprise to each other, the conceptual research models was designed by considering assessment models of lean enterprise and also APQC framework for classifying the processes in three dimensions: Enablers, Business Processes and Business Results. For this, the three main Iranian automakers Iran khodro, SAIPA and Pars khodro have been assessed by performing a field research through their managers’ viewpoints. Next, the research model and impressing the model dimension on each other have been considered and validated by structural equation modeling. Therefore, it has been used from conformity factor analysis, path analysis and t-value. Shanon Entropy has been used in order to weight the components and variables of the model. The results obtained shows that enablers impress on business results through business processes and there are meaningful relations among them. In addition to impress triple model dimension on each other, their factors have a meaningful relationship with each other. In other words, we cannot achieve the lean enterprise model without making strong links between its factors and components, and it is necessary to create integration within its components and factors.

Nowadays the most important issues considered by the managers of industry is production planning and in this area, managers are faced with several goals that in many cases are in conflict with each other. Operations research techniques, with modeling, while the existing constraints consider, optimize organizational goals. Objectives of all these techniques are raising productivity in the organization. Mathematical model for this research that is made for production planning in Khavar-E-Miane Furniture Co is multiple Objective fractional programming. One of the difficulties in solving the multiple Objective fractional problems is computational problem that arise of variability, in the example Chames and Cooper and Gillmore and Gomory methods there. Hence this research was used fuzzy approach to solve multiple Objective fractional mathematical model of Khavar- E-Miane Furniture Company. Thereby also overcome the computational problems of variability in the previous methods, the relevant officials will be able to optimize their production systems. In this context the first phase, Pal's method was used that using fuzzy goal programming was solved the multiple Objective fractional mathematical model. More using Dutta fuzzy method was determined that the result using both methods is identical and membership functions are equal to =0.701 and //2 =1. It should be noted that other companies also changed slightly in the proposed mathematical model will be able to optimize the production planning.

Nowadays, more successful businesses are those that keep their customers satisfied and in addition to the macro level of their policies, also pay serious attention to the micro level and details of the market. In this article, in order to study the influential factors in the mobile phone market, the dynamic system method with the discrete event method has been used in combination. In this paper, the first two mobile companies Hamrahe Aval and Irancell as the basic players in the Iranian mobile phone market are considered as two rivals. Since in recognizing and analyzing the influential factors on market share, operational and strategic levels affect each other, after specifying the impressive factors at each level, from the discrete event approach at the operational level, and the dynamic system approach at the strategic level and their combination has been used to indicate a compound model of the mobile phone market.Based on findings any change in the operational and strategic levels of each competitor will have a serious influence on the rate of increase / reduce of willingness on their services and the consequently increase or decrease in customers. On the other hand, it indicates how a more specified level of detail can be noticed by combining discrete event simulation methods and a dynamic system. In comparison the suggested combined model investigates more details of events than simple simulation models, so, it can be used to examine different ways for decision-making.

Appropriate management of supply chain is one of the issues facing economic firms that affect all the organizational activities in order to produce the goods and provide the services. Consequently Supplier selection due to involvement of various qualitative and quantitative criteria such as quality, price, flexibility and delivery times is very difficult and complex and requires accurate and appropriate tools. On the other hand today's competitive environment due to its variable nature, has added the uncertainty and ambiguity in decision-making. The problem of supplier selection is not an exception as well and it seems suitable to use the robust optimization methods in such circumstances. The mentioned method is used in this research with the goal of supplier selecting and determining the amount order of products considering all restrictions in order to minimize the costs and maximize the utility of purchase in the condition of uncertainty. In this paper, a multi-objective deterministic model is presented to solve the problem, and then the deterministic model is converted to the robust model using the scenario-based robust method and then is solved using the LP metric method so optimal amount of order is obtained from each of suppliers at any period. To determine the weight of each of suppliers, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used as well.

Entrepreneurship risks are the most important titles in the implementation process of new businesses, which must be considered by entrepreneurs. Not considering the entrepreneurship risks, can face the new businesses by the hazard of non-realization of the accepted results. But as the risks are associated to uncertainty and the success or failure of the new business is probable, thus a mechanism must be concerned regarding its importance. The target of this study is to survey and prioritize entrepreneurship risks of the Gharzolhasaneh Funds under uncertainty, so that after determining the most important risks, we can consider the safe control acts to decrease their effects. Thus in this paper, a hybrid approach by Todim technique and gray numbers theory is proposed, so that it is used for prioritizing the entrepreneurship risks of Gharzolhasaneh Funds. The obtained results for problem of prioritizing the entrepreneurship risks of Gharzolhasaneh Funds confirm that the most important risk for these institutions is inefficiency of the Funds’ managers and personnel

Nowadays using Information Technology to overcome rapid environmental changes and adopting flexibility is necessary and inevitable. Yet, implementation ofIT projects in many cases is subject to failure. This research seeks to identify vital elements/factors of success and failure of IT projects in Iran and defining techniques to decrease the rate of failure. These elements/factors have been assessed under two general classifications: infrastructural including technical, human, economic, cultural, and management! administrative factors, and superficial, including size of the organization and the project, To identifying infrastructural factors, expert survey questionnaires has been applied. Results show that administrative/ management-strategic factors, and cultural - social are more important than financial - economic and technological - human factors. And most important of all is the absence of sufficient commitment on the side of senior managers of the organizations and unfamiliarity of people and authorities with the structure and performance 0 f IT. Superficial factors have been analyzed dynamically in two dimensions: size of the organization and the project. The results of the descriptive analysis shows that the larger the organization and the project, the higher the risk of failure.By the end, the conceptual model of the vital elements of success and failure of IT projects has been presented as well as suggestions for successful execution of such projects and future research in this field.

On the networks existing servers and customers, each node indicates a customer demand and demand rate is estimated for them. The edges of the network indicate connective ways among the nods which is usually shown with the distance of two nods or the time of travelling. In the covering location problems, the objective is locating some of the servers on the network in a way that the customers' demand supported by the maximum covering of the servers and optimized objective criterion. In this research the location model with Probability Structure, which the probability of choosing servers by customer is estimated based on their distance, is developed. In the presented model, supposing there is a competitive market, lost demand is considered, too. And according to the mentioned matter the objective of the model is to minimize the cost of losing demands or to maximize the earned profits of responding to the demands. Then, we propose a genetic algorithm (GA) to solve this model. In addition, we employ design of experiments and response surface methodology to both tune the GA parameters and to evaluate the performance of the proposed method in 45 test problems. The results of the performance analysis show that the efficiency of the proposed GA method is very well.

In this paper, multi-site aggregate production planning for the production of perishable products such as gifts of New Year, calendars and maturities by postponement policy in uncertainty conditions is determined. The production process for these products is proposed to be divided into two phases including the production of final and semi-finished products with applying the concept of postponement. So, there are three production activities, including direct production, the production of semi-finished products and final assembly. Also, a robust optimization model to solve aggregate production planning problem for these products is developed. Finally, a set of real data from a calendar producing company in Tehran called “NIK Calendar” are used to validate and show the efficiency of the proposed model. Results show that the proposed model of this paper can use for similar factories which are active in the field of aggregate production planning with considering uncertainty in the parameters

In this research, optimization of examinations' timetable for university courses, based on a real problem in one of the universities in Iran is studied. The objective function defined for this problem is more practical and realistic than the other objective functions that have been utilized by previous researchers in literature and effectively reflects the real objective of the problem. In order to define the objective function, we have made use of Coulomb's law in electricity that says the magnitude of the electrostatic force of interaction between two point charges is directly proportional to the scalar multiplication of the magnitudes of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. We have defined a repulsive force between any pair of Examinations. The optimum solution is achieved when the sum of all forces is minimized. Hence, the obtained mathematical model is a non-linear programming with binary variables, similar to the quadratic assignment problem (QAP) which is an NP-Hard problem. This sort of problems can be solved exactly only if they are in small sizes. For solving this problem in medium and large scale, some methods are used based on Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm and Imperialist Competitive algorithm (ICA). These algorithms can reach good sub-optimal solutions in a short period of time. Practical results of this mathematical model are already used in one of the national universities in Iran. The practical results demonstrate the high efficiency and effectiveness of this model.

Intra-organizational perspectives about quality have some limitations; therefore, manufacturers should pay attention to inter-organizational approaches of quality such as supply chain quality management (SCQM). SCQM will enable the manufacturing companies to satisfy their customers' needs in a competitive market. In this study, after identifying the structure of supply chain management and quality management operation through comprehensive review of the literature, a comprehensive and conceptual definition about supply chain quality management (SCQM) and finally after studying its dimensions, a conceptual framework with 7 factors are presented. Relationship and sequencing of these factors determined by fuzzy interpretive structural modeling (ISM). In this regard, after the assessment, these factors were placed in five levels. Then the obtained structural model confirmed by using path analysis. The proposed model can help the gas industry in implementation of quality management in their supply chain to achieve competitive advantages and satisfy the customer needs better

In this paper we used the Markov models eigenvectors and eigen values concdpts to propose a methodology for analyzing the transient reliability of system with the identical components and the identical repairmen. The components of the systems under consideration can have two distinct configurations, namely ; they can be arranged in series, or in parallel. We also consider the third case in which the system is up if k –out –of – n components are good. For all three cases we proposed a procedure for calculating the transient probability of the system availability and the duration of the system to reach to the steady state are described.
