زمان بندی شیفت های پرستاران با در نظر گرفتن رضایت شغلی: مطالعه موردی در بیمارستان امام خمینی ( ره ) شهرستان نور

چکیده
زمان بندی مناسب شیفت های کاری پرستاران بیمارستان یک مسئله حیاتی در مدیریت بیمارستان است. پژوهشگر در این پژوهش در پی بهبود زمان بندی نوبت کاری پرستاران در سازمان های خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی است تا زمینه های کاهش هزینه ها و پیچیدگی محاسباتی را فراهم کند و برآیند این اقدامات را درقالب رضایت شغلی و کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده محقق سازد. برای این مسئله یک مدل ریاضی خطی ارائه گردید و بعد از اشاره به NP-hard بودن آن به ارائه الگوریتم فراابتکاری ژنتیک جهت حل مسئله در ابعاد موجود در واقعیت پرداخته شد و در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان نور به عنوان یک نمونه واقعی پیاده سازی و نتایج محاسباتی ارائه گشت. در رویکرد پیشنهادی از استانداردهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستان ها و قوانین بهره وری در مدلسازی استفاده شده است. تولید جداول زمانی با استفاده از مدل ارائه شده منجر به بهبود سطح رضایت مندی پرستاران و ارتقای عملکرد شغلی آن ها می شود.

چکیده English

Appropriate scheduling of shifts for nurses, is a critical issue in hospital management. This study improves the scheduling of shifts for nurses in health services organizations to provide lower cost and also to reduce the computational complexity and finally to realize the outcome of these actions on job satisfaction and quality of received services. A linear mathematical model is proposed and since this problem is NP-hard, Genetic Algorithm is provided for solving the problem and finally Implemented in Imam Khomeini hospital of Noor city as a real sample. Computational results and performance of the proposed algorithm in terms of solution quality and computational time were analyzed. Accreditation standards for hospitals as well as the Productivity laws are used in the proposed model. Production of timetables by the proposed model, resulting in improved satisfaction levels of nurses and their job performance.
